In the heart of the Gargano in Mattinata, a beautiful historic 19th century house finely restored. The house is on several levels: a ground floor with kitchen and dining area, living room with double sofa bed and bathroom; mezzanine with double bedroom; downstairs with two bedrooms and a bathroom. From this year a furnished terrace overlooking the sea and Gargano. The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, oven and stove with 4 burners, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker. It is possible to add up to two cribs for an additional cost of € 10 per night for a cot. The house is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk from the center of Mattinata with supermarkets, bars and restaurants, bakeries, bank, etc. 5 minutes by car from the beaches with white pebble beaches. It is possible, upon request, agreement with beaches, bars, clubs and restaurants in the area. Distant within 40 km from centers of interest such as Vieste, San Giovanni Rotondo, Umbra Forest, Monte Sant'Angelo, Monte Saraceno, etc. Excursions by boat and pedal boat to the sea caves and along the Gargano coast. Summer evenings in the square or in the premises by the sea. Note: Given the presence of numerous stairs and openings, it is preferable that our guests have very small children, not yet able to walk, or more than 12 years old. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can combine the rental of this house with a renovated hayloft with a small terrace just a few steps away.

Haus mit Flair und cooler Dachterrasse
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, da das meiste zu Fuß erledigt werden kann. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, allerdings gibt es keine wirklich abgetrennten Räume, da alles zwar auf verschiedenen Ebenen, aber nicht wirklich mit Türen abgetrennt ist. Dass es kein WLan gibt, war für unsere jugendlichen Kinder erst einmal ein Schock, stellte sich aber als gute Erfahrung heraus. Sehr cool ist die Dachterrasse, zu der man über ein Dachfenster gelangt, durch das man krabbeln muss. Insgesamt hat das charmante Haus viele Treppen! Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, auch der Check-in verlief ohne Probleme. Um die Ecke ist ein sehr sehr leckeres Restaurant (Jalant), in dem wir jeden Abend günstig und nett gegessen haben. Der Limoncello ist hausgemacht. Dass das untere Bad kaputt war, war ärgerlich, es wurde aber am letzten Tag repariert.

Ottima casa a Mattinata
Siamo una famiglia con 4 figli, abbiamo affittato la graziosa casa a Mattinata per due settimane tra Luglio e Agosto 2021. Lia é stata il nostro contatto iniziale, Giampiero ci ha accolto con simpatia, competenza e pronta disponibilità per ogni informazione durante tutta la vacanza. La casa é molto graziosa, fornita di tutto quello che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio e corrispondente alla descrizione: impianto di aria condizionata efficiente su entrambi i piani, cucina ampia ed equipaggiata, televisione moderna e funzionante, lavatrice di proprietà, camere comode, arredamento moderno e ben curato, terrazza panoramica con ombrellone e arredamento per esterno, facilità di parcheggio a pochi metri. Le utenze sono incluse, così come la biancheria per i letti e per i bagni. La casa si trova nella parte più caratteristica del paese a breve distanza dai negozi e ristoranti, gli abitanti sono accoglienti e disponibili. La spiaggia di Mattinata é distante circa 20/30 min a piedi ma con l'auto si possono visitare a 10/20 minuti le altre famose spiagge tra Mattinata e Vieste. Segnaliamo anche la bella passeggiata per raggiungere la necropoli di Monte Saraceno, la salita a Monte Sacro, il paese di Monte Sant'Angelo e la fresca foresta umbra. Consigliamo caldamente questo alloggio.

It’s especially nice during the evenings when everyone is doing the passeggiata. The coast near Mattinata is very beautiful and best explored by boat. Lia and Marta were exceptionally helpful with the check-in as well as with lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities. Highly recommended.

Very nice ancient town house
The ancient house is very nicely renovated and styled with care. It has enough space and is only a few steps from the town center where there are several excellent restaurants. It’s especially nice during the evenings when everyone is doing the passeggiata. The coast near Mattinata is very beautiful and best explored by boat. Great place to stay in Mattinata
We stay for a week in this original and confortable house with 3 of our teenagers. The house is ideally positioned in the city, everything can be done by foot easily. The beaches are 10 min away by car. Giampiero and Lia were very kind and provided us some informations and directions on the area and city.

Bella casa, spaziosa, perfetta per sei persone. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Per la spiaggia è utile avere l'auto.

My wife and I and our two friends stayed here for 3 nights in mid-June. The house has been beautifully and creatively restored, with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. With a loft sleeping area above, and queen bedroom plus trundle-beds room below -- each level with its own bathroom -- it's perfect for a family or group like ours for whom a cozy arrangement works. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are convenient grocery options. The place is in a quiet neighborhood toward the lower end of this steep hillside town, with friendly neighbors but plenty of privacy. Lia was great to work with at every step of the way. She and her family gave us a warm welcome, and any questions were quickly addressed. (When we needed new batteries for the AC, our email promptly brought a visit from an English-speaking neighbor who fixed us up; she then helped arrange the delivery of our friends' lost luggage that night!) Mattinata is a maze of narrow, winding streets, often connected by steps going from one level to the next, with lots of shops and restaurants. (Jalant is a wonderful place for dinner, just around the corner from the house.) Don't miss the evening stroll, especially weekends, when it seems like everyone in town is out walking and socializing. The Gargano region of Puglia is stunning and varied and has much to explore; we wished we had more time there than the 3 days we did. When we return, we will definitely try to book this property again!

Bellissima casa
La casa è davvero bella e particolare, molto pulita e fornita di biancheria letto e bagno in quantità più che sufficiente. La posizione è molto comoda, a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Vi abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno e ritorneremo certamente. I proprietari sono gentilissimi è molto disponibili. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno anche offerto una torta fatta in casa. Soggiorno spettacolare
Soggiorno spettacolare in una casa da favola. Appena entrati siamo rimasti a bocca aperta, una casa così arredata e curata si vede sole nelle riviste specializzate. Una casa tutta da scoprire ed esplorare, con i suoi giochi di luce interni. Ottima posizione, nel centro del paese, ma lontano dal caos, perché posizionata in una via laterale chiusa al traffico. Spiagge meravigliose a pochi chilometri ed una ospitalità del padrone di casa che ti fa sentire in famiglia. Grazie, torneremo presto.

Mattinata 10 e lode!!
Una settimana di meta' agosto indimenticabile!!! Una casa con tutti i confort possibili...spaziosa comoda fresca ben arredata in una zona silenziosa e molto comoda..con le spiagge a 5 minuti di distanza e il centro città a 2!!!con negozi bar ristoranti supermercati...la macchina:quasi un optional!!! E i proprietari!!? Persone deliziose,disponibilissime che ci hanno svelato tutti i posti (spiagge,ristoranti) dove poter vivere appieno il Gargano!! Da tornarci assolutamente!

Cosa dire....non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza di questa meravigliosa casa. Recentemente ristrutturata, ampia, confortevole,fiemente arredata, trasuda raffinatezza e buon gusto in ogni angolo. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti il mare o fare una passeggiata nel centro cittadino. Proprietario gentilissimo. Esperienza fantastica, ci ritorno senza alcun dubbio...

Strepitosa e confortevole!!!
La casa è stata descritta più che bene e nei minimi particolari. Noi con 3 bambini ci siamo trovati molto bene, sembrava di essere ritornati indietro nel tempo con i colori ed i profumi di un tempo in quello scorcio di sogno che è stata per noi questa dimora.
Pulita, fresca, da vivere totalmwnte e dotata di tutti i comfort, oltre ad essere a due passi dal centro di Mattinata, ad uno schioppo da altre bellezze del Gargano, consiglio vivamente di prenotare anche uma sola settimana per assaporarne il gusto di una terra ricca di emozioni e sapori di un tempo. Ringrazio il proprietario Giampiero che è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo sin dal primo contatto. Grazie grazie grazie....ci ritorneremo ancora.

Mare, sole, relax in un ambiente FAVOLOSO!!!
L''appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione al 100%, ed a dire il vero le foto non rendono giustizia a questa casa ristrutturata in un modo a dir poco favoloso...antico e moderno si fondono in uno stile unico e pensare che dall'esterno la casa si inserisce perfettamente nel contesto del centro storico di Mattinata, la sorpresa arriva non appena varcato l'uscio!!!
La casa si presentava impeccabilmente pulita ed attrezzata con ogni confort.
E' ubicata in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda, a due passi dalla "passeggiata" del Centro Storico dove si svolge la "movida di Mattinata".
Lia la proprietaria è particolarmente gentile e cordiale, ci ha accolti ci ha illustrato casa e ci ha dato alcune dritte sul posto (vai in quel bar, vai a mangiare li', ecc..) e sul Gargano in genere...a proposito Lia: consigli azzeccatissimi!!!
Consiglio il soggiorno in questa casa se vi piace il mare (pieno di spiagge a Mattinata) ma soprattuto se volete VERAMENTE staccare la spina e riposarvi in un ambiente confortevole! E poi anche il fatto di soggiornare in un ambiente chic non è male!

Meravigliosa casa perfettamente ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto dai proprietari!
La casa è su più livelli: un piano terra con cucina e zona pranzo, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e bagno; soppalco con camera matrimoniale; piano sottostante con due camere da letto e bagno.
La casa si trova in zona tranquilla, distante 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Mattinata con supermercati, bar e ristoranti, panifici, banca, ecc.
Distante 5 minuti in macchina dai lidi con spiagge di ciottoli bianchi.
E' fresca e accogliente, certamente da consigliare!!!

Magnifica casa finemente ristrutturata!!
Siamo stati dal 25 al 28 luglio 2014 in questa casa bellissima. Una casa situata in collina con un panorama bellissimo. La casa è finemente arredata, curata in tutti i particolari, molto accogliente e spaziosa. Si trova a pochi minuti dal mare e a due passi dal centro della città. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente ci torneremo.
