With the vehicles with trailers that were parked in the north east part of lot and east side of building there was no way to pull a pick up truck out of parking spots

Booked what appeared to be a room with a jacuzzi tub. Photos even showed a jacuzzi tub outside of the bathroom. We arrive and are given a room with no jacuzzi tub. The bathtub in the room had whirlpool jets. The staff of the hotel said this is common for booking.com (showing incorrect photos for this particular room style). and that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed, as we booked the room mainly for the jacuzzi tub

Checking in and out was amazingly quick, less than two minutes for each.

The “whirlpool” was a glorified bath tub, totally not what was pictured when I booked the room. Also, the timer for the glorified bath tub was on a wall on the other side of the bathroom, so I had to keep getting out of the tub to reset it. Then there was the noise in the hotel. The walls and ceilings are thin, the room wasn’t even close to being sound resistant. Every time the person/people above me took a step, took a shower, flushed the toilet, I heard it. I heard every conversation that took place in the hall, at the elevator, etc. The bed was slightly less comfortable than a concrete slab or a stack of plywood. Beyond the disappointment of the “whirlpool” (that I paid a premium for), the bathroom had a rusty light fixture. This visit most likely ended my devotion to Hilton hotels.

When I booked I noted i had a two year old, a six year old, and seven year old, they put us on second floor. No big deal for us, but the minute we got in we got a complaint about running kids from the room below. We quiet our kids down, and go swim then a few seconds into swim, the clerk comes in and says we have to move rooms because we got another complaint on kids. So we were moved to the bottom floor which is where they should have put us to begin with. Also didn't like how they didnt clean our room once the entire stay.

we were not able to stay because booking.com gave us the wrong details about the room. it was supposed to have a king bed plus a sofa and it showed it as a suite. I was one scrunched up small room with now sofa. we had to cancel, that was Friday night and it is now Wednesday and still no refund.
