Bad

I couldnt stayed at hotel. Because hosekeeper wanted me deposit Via bank transfer at 23.00 oclock. I tried to tell him i m a tourist so i cant make bank transfer. But he didnt helped about any other solution. It was not well-intentioned.

Horrible communication/ Horrible stay

Property management (Richard) very bad with communication. From the day that I booked the room ( listed as apartment) With numerous attempts to contact via email and phone, I finally contacted Booking.com with the failure to communicate. Which was the day before I was scheduled to check in ( Richard) is requesting credit card information that I already provided Booking.com? So after giving him the information again and still numerous attempts to get address he then tells me that I have to watch a video on smoking in the room before he will give me the address? I don't even smoke, then after about another 3 hr wait he finally sends me the address and codes! This is not an apartment as advertised, it's a small room! I was there for 4 days and didn't have use of the TV because it wasn't set up, on my last night someone came and set it up! The floor closest to the door is sloped downward and there is No coffee maker ( Tea bags were provided) Hall and stairs are very narrow and steep( handrail was broken. Finally ( Richard called), on the day that I was as to leave ( first time hearing his voice) wanting to know what time I was checking out!!!!! It took another 10 days after I left ( and several texts) to get my deposit back! Listing should be taken down ( false advertisement) Horrible communication, wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!! Feel like I should be reimbursed for stay!!! Oh and at time of booking it says " No refunds"!!!!!!!

Passable

The size of the room and the bathroom was good

It was really hard to get support from the reception , calls not responded, cleaners never appeared , and no.cooking utensils available. It was really difficult to get support in guiding locations , finally the it difficult to get the cashier to get balance deposited cash

Never again

I had to wait almost 2 hours in the street before I could get the exact address and codes to get in. This apartment is managed by some company that seems very busy and they took ages to get back to me despite many calls to finally ask me to send my passport and credit card details by email and have me sign digitally a payment authorization and also send me a youtube video of how an apartment can burn if someone smokes in bed...just ridiculous... and I missed an appointment because of the time it took them to get back to me. The neighborhood is so so... I stayed 3 nights and 2 out of 3 nights the neighbors were having ridiculously loud parties way after 1am with lots of people and cars in the street... To enter the place you are given 3 codes for the locks...one lock you have to turn the knob left otherwise you need to enter the code again...the other one you have ro turn it to the right or you have to enter again... basically it takes you 5 minutes of entering codes every time you want to go inside... NEVER AGAIN...I stayed in dozens of places no matter Airbnbs or what not and I NEVER had something like this... This place should not even be listed on booking.com

A great time

I love how it was right by the Subway and how I have access to anything that late hours at night

I thought I was getting like a single apartment but I end up getting like a little room with no stove and no sink

nothing great, nothing horrible. location is what I wanted room was addequate

said there was a coffee maker but there wasn't. Nescafe and a microwave isn't a coffee maker. i had brought my favorite blend because I crave GOOD coffee in the morning

IT WAS A RELAXING COOL STAY

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

The room was cold had to ask Richard to bring a heater which wasn’t a problem .also u have to enter through a side entrance and head up some stairs to the room .also the internet doesn’t work and none of tv channels that should be fixed I had to watch my Netflix on my phone .

The stay overall was good with a great location. will definitely book again

Location is great.

The fridge didnt work properly.. but you are not allowed to adjust the gage. Shower stall a bit small but ok. garbage in the hall way wasn't removed on a timely basis

Should've stayed @ Hotel w/o Wi-Fi!!

The location was within walking distance from the train. I was able to find reasonable parking.

I didnt like the check-in process. All though booking.com has 3pm listed for check-in, the staff sent me a message that check-in was at 6 pm. I didn't see the message b/c I booked the night before a 7am flight. When I contacted the staff at 2:45 pm, they had additional processes which required sending them a copy of your license, credit card and same for guests. Then they sent a letter for me to read and sign. Lastly, a video for me to review. I didn't get into the place until after 4 pm. I didnt like the loud music that was played right outside the window well pass 10 pm. Or the loud conversations that were had at 5am. Then the loud music that was played following the loud conversation at 6am. I didnt like the 3 air fresheners that overpowered the place. Because I couldn't breathe, I unplugged them but I could stand the scent of mildew and urine which overpowered the place, after I unplugged the 3 air fresheners that overpowered the place. I definitely didn't like the roach I found.

Bronx Queen Studio

I like that i had a variety of markets and stores i can shop at. Dunkin and Rainbows, Dominos, little ceasars liquor and wine store is a hop n skip. I love the host Richard we had great conversation he told me about things to do and places to go. His wife is also a great woman. I sat and talked with her for awhile if you seen the way she clean you would not hesitate to stay where she clean. She is very exceptional and better than high end hotels. My stay was great thanks again to you Richard and Maria much love.

Only thing i didnt like was a lot of gunfire at night but i knew what type of neighborhood it was in the beginning.

Exceptional

I appreciated the fact of it feeling like home away from home. I was able to cook for my kids, as we had the apartment to ourselves.

I honestly have no dislikes for this property.
