Excellent value! Room cosmetic updates have really given it more of a boutique hotel room look. Staff was super nice.

Location, excellent value. Witnessed staff taking extra time to help another customer that was having issues with a 3rd party booking, and a language barrier, was very impressed at their efforts and kindness! Room updates are quite nice! Very clean and bed was super comfy!

The exterior was terrible and there was no one in the office. I had to call her.

Location was good as it was close to the Badlands.

Breakfast was not offered but was given a card for breakfast at a local restaurant, which we choose not to use.

We didn't like the fact that we got there a little early and could not check in a little early. We were told that the rooms were being cleaned but we sat in the parking lot and never saw anyone cleaning the rooms.

I contacted the property early to let them know I have an 11 pound dog traveling with me and would there get an extra charge. I didn't hear back so upon arrival I was charged $35 for my pet. She does not shed and does not chew on furniture so they would not have found any damage or had to perform any extra cleaning. I will not be stating at any more Travelodge properties in the future.

Alright for a one night stay, but terrible for multiple days. No Wyndham motel again.

The location was just off the highway, which was convenient. Ms. Laura, the manager was very pleasant and did what she could to help when we had a problem.

Evidently Wyndham has a "green" policy in which if you stay in a room for more than one day, you will not get fresh towels, nor will your room be serviced. There were not any towel racks in which to let the towels air out. So every day you come back to your room, the trash has not been emptied, beds have not been made, supplies have not been restocked, and you have to reuse the towels that are still wet because you cannot dry them out. Keep in mind that there is NOT a discount for staying there multiple days. The complimentary breakfast does not really exist. You get a voucher to go to a restaurant in town to get a choice of pancakes, French toast, or gravy on two biscuits. You still have to pay to get something to drink, plus pay the waiter a tip. Parking lot does not have enough space. Ended up parking almost every night in what ever space I could squeeze into. Lucky for me that I was on a motorcycle.

The manager who checked us in was very welcoming and it was clear she took pride in her hotel. The room was updated nicely. Pillows and towels were very good. No breakfast on site, but the coupon for breakfast in town was a big plus.

The flies drove me a little over the edge. I spent a good hour killing them the first night.

Liked the fact they had a deal for us to get a free breakfast at Badlands saloon and grill. Liked that the manager was flexible to allow use of fitness center at another property. Liked the big tv.

No lamps. No second end table. Hundreds of flies. Would have preferred carpeted floors as I do floor exercises every morning. Room was very damp.

It was a nice motel. Close to wall drugs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

You get a breakfast voucher for a restaurant. It was ok couple of hot choices but if you are in a hurry, forget about it

Great value, clean spacious room

The location is just off the freeway off ramp, so it is easy to find. The beds and linens were in great condition and the two beds were large and comfortable. The room was much larger than usual. Also the motel is only about 6 blocks from the main attraction of wall drug

Travelodge is

It was not actually Travelodge but the Days Inn located across the street from it. When I arrived Travelodge was closed under construction but somehow some bookings got through. I called the Travelodge number on Booking.com which connected me to Days Inn front desk and I was offered a room there at the rate I booked at (Days Inn was supposed to be more expensive). The stay was short and comfortable; they offered a complimentary breakfast and dinner drink, redeemable at Badlands Saloon & Grill.

It was not Travelodge, which caused a short moment of panic but everything was quickly resolved.

it needs updated, it needs cleaned. this is a hotel from a reputable company that needs to pay attention to the small details. I am sure during the peak times they may not have the opportunity to get some things done, taking the time on off peak times this would be a great time to make any necessary updates.
