Relaxing comfortable stay,will definitely be back

Easy access to everything.great parking around the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful,the room was clean and comfortable,breakfast in the morning is a plus.

Quaint but uncomfortable.

The location and setting is perfect.

The bed and pillows were HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Sadly we won't be back because of that. We were just waaaay too sore. Otherwise it would have been the new weekend go to place.

Clean and Convenient but not Comfortable.

The woman at the front desk was Awesome! Great Service!! She was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. I didn't get a chance to grab the free breakfast but our friends enjoyed the food and liked that there were many options to chose from.

I normally don't leave reviews but I felt I needed to. The room had a musty smell when we arrived, the sliding glass door's lock was broken so we couldn't lock the door, the AC unit was extremely loud, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows looked more like throw pillows than actual pillows. The following morning I peeked out the door and saw a cleaning lady while she was cleaning the room across the way from our room, I asked her for an extra bath towel, and she reached for a towel that was bunched up with other dirty towels in the bathroom she was cleaning. After seeing her grab this towel, I asked her if the towel was dirty, and she said yes but instead of looking for a clean towel, she pointed down the hallway to another cart and said "Maybe she might have a clean towel for you."

Superb

Clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Responsive to needs and requests. Nice room with pool and patio easily accessible.

Microwave was on the fritz, but there were 2 for breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Room was a little dark with fencing at window.

it was a clean, affordable, friendly place to stay.

The hard floors are so much better and cleaner than carpet!! the room had a second sink outside the bathroom. that is SO helpful for getting ready in the morning and at night when multiple people are sharing a room.

The air conditioner wasn’t working well. however, when we told the front desk staff at checkout, they gave a discount in the room due to that and called to have it serviced right away.

Exceeded our expectations !

Front office staff went out of their way for us. Beautiful rooms, very clean comfortable great breakfast. This hotel topped our more expensive hotel in San Francisco. Can't recommend enough how nice it was for our stay.

This is my go to spot for when I'm visiting the area.

Free breakfast is very nice. A decent selection with waffle makers. Bed could have been a bit firmer, but I slept well.

I wish the bathtub would have had the non-slip stickers in it, as I almost took a nasty fall when I slipped init trying to take a shower.

Room and facility's were really nice. Breakfast was really good. Staff were incredibly friendly. Our whole stay was enjoyable.

Great value and central location

Great value with breakfast included at a central location. Kids really enjoyed the room and the accessibility to the parking lot was wonderful. Wish we got a chance to spend more time at the hotel. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the trip for both kids and adults.

Beds were uncomfortable for both nights and very firm. I did wish we had a bathtub for the kiddos but I didn't specifically request it so that was on me.

next time I will ask for two queens as that is always comfy and I shall request no pet rooms.

skipped breakfast, the staff was super friendly and served chocolate chip cookies at check in. Overall good experience

uncomfortable bed and pillows, floor seemed like it needed cleaning, it seemed like a pet room. I had bad allergies.

Very nice room, just some minor annoyances.

Liked the king size bed, the easy chair in the room, the waffles in the morning.

Didn't like the tiny pillows on the king size bed, the tiny round toilet seat, the cheap thin toilet paper. Only having one comfy chair to sit on while watching TV. Wife and I kept fighting over it!

Gold Country getaway

Clean, modern place. Lots of breakfast options. Super clean breakfast area. Close (.9 mile) to downtown where we walked to dinner. All staff we saw greeted us in a friendly, cheery manner. overall, a pleasant stay, for a good value.

Location, facility and staff. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. Updated.

Could have used a small freezer. Due to my disability I require ice packs and was unable to keep my ice pack cold. But that's minor.
