We loved the location and it was very clean.

It was clean and quiet

The big lamp over the sectional did not work and there was a light out in the bathroom on the mirror which made it hard to see to get ready.

We may go back.

Good food and service at dinner and breakfast. Restaurant was cold and this detracted from the dining experience. Even one of the waitresses had a long, thick sweater on. We were told nothing could be done when we asked.

beautiful hotel .. bottles water needed in rooms

I would recommend having water in the room if not complimentary like most hotels offer than at a charge . this is the second time we have stayed and it is inconvenient to get to the room and have to go back down for a bottle of water . I would think for the price of the room a bottle of water would be a great for your guests .

Facility sufficient, advertise free parking is not so, too noisy at night.

I don’t think the location was good unless you were going to a conference or an event in the attached building. The room was not liking the pictures, for instance there was no rug on the floor by the bed. It did not feel cozy and homey. The facility attempted to charge me for parking even though the information provided I’m booking.com lead me to believe parking was free. I had an exchange with the assistant manager and they waive the parking fees but they pointed out that visitors should also look at their website and not just booking.com. I do not think that is appropriate. I lost sleep every single night because of all the noise in the hotel, which sounded like children running down the hall and slamming doors until 1130 at night. It was very disturbing.

I was charged twice for this reservation. I was also passed around when I needed to get additional information regarding this reservation. When directed to call the property directly. The property was unable to pull up my reservation therefore I was unable to cancel

I would come again!!

I thought I was very nice. Room was very nice. Hot water was the best of it all.I’ve never been to hotel that water was actually hot water. It was great!!

I love everything about property. Only complaint would be the room smelled like a big fart when you walked in!!
