Wonderful location that went above & beyond to make the solar eclipse experience even more memorable

We went to be within driving distance for the solar eclipse. At this location, it was only 97% and not in path of totality BUT when we arrive, they had a welcome packet with solar glasses, a map and a fun activity for our daughters to do while in the room. Nice little surprise that was very cool to receive.

The key pad for the door was a bit much. Understandable the ease of switching out codes for the next guests but after getting back dark and trying to get into the room, the key pad can become a pain. But not a huge deal at all.

No breakfast offered

Coffee pot didn't work, contacted management, sent pictures of the brand. Never replaced. Outlet near microwave did not work. The combination to get in was ridiculous, each time it took us 3-5 times to get in! Not happy This is the 4th survey i have filled out with no response. Not good customer service.

My go-to in the Ski-93 region

No frills, but everything is clean and working. Folksy versus formal. Great place to make your own, especially the units with stove tops. This is my go-to especially for ski getaways

Parking is definitely adequate but there isn't much room for additional cars.

Stay was good. The use of a pass for another facility with pool, etc was great.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels. It was close to the town center & Ice Castles

One of the lights was not working.

Just a quick getaway

The room was perfect, so clean. All the basics are provided. Very quiet, even though it seemed like all the units were occupied. Close to everything you might need. Nothing like a stay in the mountains when you live in a big city. Thank you!

We arrived in the dark, it was a little hard to see where we needed to go.... maybe just signage at the small parking for the units along the poolside... otherwise, I can't think of anything... oh except coffee!! That stuff was awful lol. But I'm a coffee snob. Very small things that have no influence on our wonderful stay. We loved every minute!

Vacasa is a headache

Good location.

Booking process was awful. After booking on booking.com I got messages that I had to call Vacasa. Payment was already approved but I was forced to spend 30 minutes on the phone giving the same answers to the same 10 "security" questions (like "what is the purpose of your trip?") to 3 different people. I told them to cancel my booking if they didnt want to approve me but they said they couldn't do that. I then had to create an account on the Vacasa website and accept several new sets of T&Cs. All for 1 night in a motel!?

Süße kleine Hütte, aber eben auch sehr klein.

Der Online-Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert und wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Im Zimmer lag auch eine Mappe mit zusätzlichen Informationen (z. B. wo die Mülltonnen zu finden sind). Die kleine Hütte war sauber sowie gut ausgestattet (nur ein Haartrockner fehlte) und liegt direkt an einem kleinen Flüsschen, was morgens beim Kaffee einfach einen schönen Ausblick bietet. Direkt auf der anderen Seite befindet sich ein Diner, sodass auch eine Frühstückmöglichkeit außer Haus fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Die Hütte ist gemütlich, aber wirklich auch sehr klein. Wenn man länger unterwegs ist und große Koffer dabei hat, muss man sich schon etwas organisieren. Auch das Bett ist sehr klein und leider unmittelbar neben der Tür positioniert, sodass meine Reisebegleitung über Nacht etwas im Zug lag (es war windig). Es war kein Haartrockner vorhanden (zumindest haben wir ihn nicht finden können).

Nice, private, beautiful creek view.

I liked the view of the little river/creek out of the window. And it's proximity to the activities in Lincoln, the Kancamagus Scenic Byway and Rt 3 were nice.

It's a bit small and dank for a romantic get away, but for my solo trip it was great.

The motel facilities were a bit dated but certainly functional. Also, the key code for entry was rather cumbersome.

Petit gem au coeur des White Mountains

Très bien situé, près de tout, bel emplacement tranquille avec patio qui fait face à une rivière avec stationnement inclus. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Accès autonome avec code, très facile!

Porte communiquante avec chambre d'en arrière peut être désagréable lorsque voisins bruyants. Conseil : apporter des bouchons

The nonsmoking room reeked of tobacco smoke.

Landscaping was nice.

The non smoking room reeked of tobacco odor. No on-site staff. Customer service told us to wait. We waited outside for an hour. Nobody arrived to help. We booked another hotel.

Fint ophold med gode faciliteter

Godt værelse med te-køkken og god komfort, beliggenhed for enden af Kancamagus Highway tæt på Lincoln med gode indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter.

Lidt gammeldags indretning, men alt fungerede. Vores rum lå direkte ud til trafikeret vej, og ikke helt, hvad vi forventede af "Riverbank" beliggenheden.

Migrating ducks flew into the river right outside the window. It doesn't get better than that!

The view was exceptional! I got better pictures from the windows than I did from driving around the area. Having a full-sized refrigerator was convenient. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

It would be nice to have somewhere to unpack our bags and hang a few things. The only bureau was full of extra sheets and blankets. The only place to hang anything was directly over the bed and so it was useless.

Very happy with the accommodations overall.

Nice room, nice refrigerator, comfortable beds, convenient location, good shower.

Toilet was very short and difficult to stand up from for elderly customers. Room lock was difficult to operate, and combination was too long to enter comfortably in the allotted time before the lock timed out. The instructions given talked about a combination lock box on the porch which wasn't even used to enter the room.

Great location, nice updated bath and shower but horrible gross carpet and a musty smell.

New updated deep soaking tub with shower and plenty of hot water

The carpet was disgusting. It was obvious that the carpet was extremely old. Also the room was smelly like old mold and mildew. One of the drawers in the dresser was missing its front. The furniture was extremely dated which would not be a problem but it was also missing parts. The bed was firm. I was surprised by the bedspread that also look like it was from the 1970s 🥴 it's possible that they are slowly remodeling this room since the bathroom looked great. Fortunately I only needed a place to sleep however I saw the discount price at $50 yet with all the taxes and fees and cleaning fee it came out to be over 100, and this room definitely was not worth that much money.

We didn’t stay

When we arrived, the room smelled like urine. We tried to contact anybody to discuss it, and because it is an outside company that does the rentals there was nobody to help. Eventually, they agreed to cancel the reservation and we stayed somewhere else. It is now been over a month and I am fighting with them to refund the money that they told me they would give me on the first day. I would avoid this company like they would give you herpes.

The room smelled, and the company is impossible to deal with.

Over all it was nice.

Location was great. Having the private entrance was great. Kitchen was great, it has everything I needed in it.

I believe it was room 9 had pot smell when we first got there. We had to buy a room freshener spray. And I found the beds too hard.

Good value for price, but we could have felt more safe if the unit could be secured properly.

The location and price were good. The place was simple and clean enough. The staff at check-in were helpful. The unit was a little dated, but in good repair. We didn't have any problems with sound from neighbors.

The door to the unit had a broken electronic door lock that would not properly lock the door, and there was no deadbolt to further secure the room. We realized this very late in the night and didn't think we could get the issue fixed, so we slept uneasily. The rooms should at least have deadbolt locks.

We paid double for a cabin. Was allocated a motel room. Very disappointed.

It used to be a good place to stay one or two nights but something went bad.

Room was clean.

Heating system was not working at all. And there was no extra blanket that can be used for comfortable sleep. Therefore, put a jacket on to sleep. There was no Kleenex tissue for the room that was charged over $200.00 per night while toilet paper was not soft enough to substitute for Kleenex tissue.
