Roaches pop out when we open door....chronic mold left within 5 min. Hotel laughed at me a did not return money

It felt like I was in a trap house motel intended for filthy prostitutes.

Bed was Comfortable.
1st room they tried to give me was not clean.
Then my room, light did not work in bathroom. Frige, tv was not plugged in and they did not tell us. I paid more then i was quoted.

The room was very dirty, trash in the room and bathroom, there was no curtain in the shower and the whole bathroom was wet when bathing, very poor service, much to be desired.

Horrible! Room was filthy, blood stains on the carpet, hairs and debris all over the bathroom floor, bed bugs on the mattress with dead skin cells and hair all over the box spring, I really have never seen anything like this! Absolutely gross! And there were prostitutes walking up and down the hallways. We didn’t stay. I demanded my money back and we went to a much nicer and actually clean hotel!

Absolutely nothing!
Bad area. Used condoms in the toilet. Garbage on the floor. Dirty air vents. Filthy room! Rude staff. Hung up on me when I tried to complain and ask for cancellation then proceeded to charge my card and would not respond to any attempt to reach them. I would rate them a negative number if I could. AWFUL!!!!

it needed some updates. The toilet seat needed to be replaced and there was a hole in the wall filled with paper towels. they weren’t serving breakfast as advertised.

No Breakfast as stated on website. Dark area at night, no security. I will never go back to that hotel. Old building, shower made so much noise. Wi-Fi did not work for me all night.

Supposed to be have a pool and breakfast included we already pay for it, but they said last two years we didn’t have this thing !!!!!!

pool broken, leak in bathroom on floor, old apples in dresser, light fixture barley hanging, towel rack fell dropping towels in leaky toilet, beds were full size NOT queen, 2 thin sheets no blanket, doors to room are very hard to open, never came to room to check leak like we asked, not even a coffee for the morning

THE HOTEL WAS 15 MINS FROM MY EVENT.
THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE INDICATED THERE WOULD BE. THE POOL WAS CLOSED. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. THE BATH TUBE WAS STAINED WITH BLACK MARKS.
