I would like to get what I prepaid for!

The staff was nice and professional. Nice breakfast choices.

I paid for a king room and when I get there they tell me that you all over booked so they could not honor my request. I waited for almost an hour at the desk while they attempt to get it straight. I was them supposed to be upgraded to the 1 bedroom but sad told it was not available so I end up with 2 queen beds which I hate because I requested and paid for a king. The showerhead in this room was not cleaned and its clogged up so water was only coming out of some of the holes and it sprayed out sharp not to mention you can't make the showerhead go down any further there are no liners so the shower curtain is soaked along with the floor. I only had 2 towels in the room which I used to place on the floor to prevent so much water and a slip and fall.

Bad

I didn’t like that my room reservations I made a month was cancelled a couple hours before arriving from out of town. And no one even picked up the phone to call and say something. Not a lot of fun searching for a room late night after traveling all day.

It was an excellent experience. Staff very responsive. Pool was nice

I liked that the bedroom had a different temperature control than the rest of the suite. It was nice to receive a gift. Was given small water bottle, breakfast/snack bar and a cookie. That was a nice touch. I liked that there was a kitchenette with a microwave and range.

I am older and a little unsteady so I needed more than one handle to hold onto in the shower. Everything else was good.

An Awesome Hotel

The staff was beautiful, helpful,.friendly and respectful.

Honestly there wasn't anything to not like, everything from check in to check out was beautiful, the staff was great I mean I haven't seen this type of service in a hotel in a while because sometimes you get either or bad service and a descent room or good service and a horrible room.

there was trash all by the pool, pool was absolutely awful due to very high turbidity which made the pool VERY cloudy so NONE of our group was able to get into the pool at ALL

I will never stay again

Very Clean

my husband’s card was swiped 4 times with a charge of 200.00 each and mine was swiped once with a charge of 200.00 and I was also charged the one night stay. I was told a refund would be given for all the extra charges and it hasn’t. I have called to speak with the manager a thousand times and I can’t even get a call back.

A little disappointed

I like the bed and the rooms were very spacious and clean the towels very fluffy and white

Not the absolute worst but definitely not the best

Our room had a kitchenette which was a nice addition. The bed was comfortable, although it did not appear to be a regular king size bed. Chalindra (I think I spelled her name correctly) was awesome! Very responsive and took care of our repair requests immediately. She also reminded me of the Bonvoy program with Marriott and made sure I signed up for my stay points. The other desk staff were also friendly and courteous, especially the young man with the dreadlocks that worked the during evenings. The hotel is in a great location, close to the mall and other shops, but is still out of the way of regular rush hour traffic.

The hotel is beginning to show its age, the furniture was a bit dinged up and the desk chair was tattered. The bathroom faucet was loose and there was no hot water from the faucet initially. We contacted the front desk for repair; the water did get “warm” afterwards but the faucet remained loose. The stand up shower visually was a nice design, but in use since the shower head could not be adjusted water splashed all over the back corner of the bathroom floor just outside of the shower. On our second night the A/C went out; again we contacted the front desk for repair. The A/C unit was noisy. There was no cleaning service during our entire stay (4 nights), we had to ask the desk for additional clean towels and toilet paper.

The look of the room. It was laid out nicely. I highly recommend this hotel

The shower glass had scum on the shower doors. Besides that everything else was nice.
