Great amount of space for our group of 10 people.
It was told to us ahead of time but the multiple flights of stairs is a workout! but we knew this coming into the trip.

Delight and Disappointment
Each year our family of six adults spends time on Brian Head Mountain. This year we chose this vacation rental with much delight and anticipation...and much expense for four days over New Year’s week. It was thousands of dollars by the time you add in all the extra fees tacked on when you confirm your reservation. Be aware of all the fees!
The location of the condo is on the fourth floor with a garage and driveway beneath the building. As noted in other comments you will have to haul all your gear, luggage and groceries up several outdoor flights of stairs. I was prepared for that. It’s a huge chore but doable for our family. What I was not prepared for were the snowy, icy stairs that had no salt to prevent slipping. When I called the Vacasa help line to get someone to put salt out, I was told I would be contacted by a local team member. That person texted me back right away and told me to use the snow shovels and to buy my own salt as the property is managed by the HOA and salting the steps is not their responsibility. Vacasa has no jurisdiction over how the snow is mismanaged on the property. It was a challenge to drive up the snowy driveway and park into the garage. Also you must be warned that parking is an issue if you have multiple vehicles. You may have to find alternate parking as you are not allowed to park on the street (Ridgeview).
As I said I had to call Vacasa for any help needed which was directed me to a foreign call center. This is annoying and although the representative was very polite, it did not give me any sense of confidence that issues will be resolved quickly. It turns out we needed more help after the snowy staircase debacle.
Here were our other issues:
1. Lighting is very limited in the cabin and several of the lightbulbs were burned out. When I
asked the local team to resolve the problem, they said they would send a workman the next day. No luck. Nary a word. The lighting in each bedroom is sparse.

Everything was wonderful! The size of the place, the location, ease of check in and out. No complaints.
It is a 4th floor walk up in high elevation, so that was a little challenging. It felt like we could have had more than one parking spot, as the garage was big and there was a little “carport”. So driving to get cars was a little tricky.

Great location
Beds were very uncomfortable. Everyone complained about their mattress.

The Condo is very nice, comfortable and well appointed with plenty of pots, pans utensils, cups and plates. There is a spice rack but as far as any oils, salt pepper or any other cooking essentials make sure to pack them in. Also, there are small bottles of shampoo and bar soap (hotel style) but no conditioner or lotion so if that matters to you make sure to bring your own. When entering the garage code make sure to enter them slowly or it wont work. There is plenty of room for 2-3 families :)
The 4 story climb is tough in the high altitude without an elevator so make sure to keep that in mind.

Beautiful condo with lots of space except for the small kitchen. Beautiful window view of aspens changing color!
4th floor with no elevator was not fun! Just carrying luggage was fine but cooler and food got old fast!
The room with bunk beds was open to below so not great for kids.
Pillows and mattress were very thin.
Master bedroom had very thin curtains-bring you eye shades!
