This was a beautiful home! There were multiple nice bedroom and and bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had issues opening the front door.

We loved our stay but there were a few things we thought should’ve been taken care of before we got there. There was algae in the pool (I know this happens, but we thought it should’ve been cleaned), the lawn was not mowed. This is also fine but we had multiple bugs come into the house. There was what i think was ants and water bugs/roaches. I tried to contact the host to see if this was normal but got no response. I know it’s a hot climate and things like this happen, but I just wanted to know if this was normal or not. We used bug spray to get rid of them but I think if they knew this was an issue that it should’ve been dealt with prior to guest arrival.

Beautiful house, very clean, comfortable beds. Everything you need in this house, feels like home.

We enjoyed the pool and patio and sat out there for breakfast on a couple mornings. The layout of the house was very nice and the rooms were nice size and comfortable. The house is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, etc. All necessary instructions were provided in a binder, which was very helpful.

While the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc., it would have been nice to have some basic condiments (mustard, mayo, butter). It didn't make sense for us to buy those things for only a few days. Also, we ran out of paper towels and almost ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find any extra in the closets. I would have expected those to be fully supplied as part of the rental.

The house was well equipped for our short stay. The pool was small but fun for the kids. The layout of the house is perfect for a family of 4-5

The pool was very chemical smelling the first day and it burned the kids eyes a bit. There were a few things like faucets and window blinds that need replacement or repair.

Thier was roaches and the furniture was dirty

Hard to adjust the hot water.

I loved how easy it was to communicate and work with the host she was very accommodating and helpful. Overall a great stay in a clean house! Would recommend it to others for sure.

I had thought the 20$ extra per person was a bit steep on top of a 125$ cleaning fee and then the rental price per night. Turned a one night stay into well over $300. I was informed by the others staying with us that they'd never been charged extra for having more than 2 people in a 3 bedroom house. Certainly not an extra 117$. But now I know to ask ahead of time for future bookings elsewhere.

Everything was perfect, great location near all, clean house, comfortable beds, pool was great, everything we needed to cook was there.
