Really welcoming, family run business with character. Our favourite stop on a road trip from Quebec to Niagara. We stayed 3 nights in the Family Room, which was a good size for our family of 5 including 3 teenager boys. Clean room, comfy beds and great shower. Toast, coffee, juice, yogurt, cakes, croissants and fruit for breakfast. Quiet location near to all the delights of Gananoque- really enjoyed the kayaking! The pool was very welcome during the hot weather. We loved sitting in the garden next to the pool each evening, often chatting with the owner. The motel is being renovated gradually.

Good value. Not the Ritz, but great for a couple of fishermen. i wouldn't be adverse to staying here with my family. The owner provided excellent customer service.

The premises themselves need major upgrading. There were numerous items that need repair and/or replacement. Breakfast was advertised but obviously due to the pandemic it was not provided.

The service was excellent. The owner of the motel was very accomodating and provided us what we requested. There was no microwave in the rooms, but when we asked for it, he bought the microwave from his own kitchen and kept it in our room when we were out for cruise.

Awesome customer service so friendly and nice. He knew I would be waking up late so kept the breakfast out even though I never asked him too :). I have never been in a hotel or motel so quiet, it was perfect after a long drive in traffic.

They upgraded our room at the beginning without us asking for it. It was amazing. They also gave us the kettle to keep while we were there when we asked for hot water. Very hospitable and friendly.
