Very convenient location, very clean room very friendly staffs. And fair price.

Friendly staff ,clean rooms ,fair rates,only thing is very lound guests the night I staying there. May the the first room close to the conference room .

Exceptional

I truly loved it , the misses in the front window was so sweet and kind with me ☺️, I loved the room cause it felt like the 90s style hotels but clean and I love it so much

The rooms were only accesible if you went through the lobby.

Everything was very old. AC didn't work.

Remote on TV didn't work. Thus tv didn't work.

they have 2 bottles water, toothbrush, teeth paste, 2 plastic sandles

when I arrive to property they request me for $5 for the key I didn’t have any problem leaving a deposit for the key. when I got up on morning my wife and I,mine 3 year old daughter we went to the lobby to check out, the-lady on the front desk got mad when I return the key and she asked me if I wanna leave the $5 for tip for the housekeeping and I told her I was gonna leave to the room she got mad at me and start fighting with me for $5 dollar on front of my 3 years old daughter and my wife because, she want me to give her the tip. I went back to room I stick $15 tip for housekeeping between the door and door flame, so when they open the door they were gonna found the tip, when I when back to the lobby to get my wife and my daughter,the front desk lady keep fighting with me and front of my daughter and my wife. I asked her for her name she never given me her name and she grand the snake and coffee etc,really mad and drop all the snakes on the floor and took everything away, my wife was making a nuddle soup for daughter on the moment because that’s what they have for breakfast. I went back to room and asked the housekeeping for front desk lady name,she told me about it.I couldn’t remember what is her name. the housekeeping lady she apologize and she told the tip is voluntary she told me she was really sorry and I asked if she found the tip on the door she said yes, thank you so much, she called the owner of the hotel and he said sorry, he went to front desk and he didn’t said not even a word to lady on front desk that got me really upset. the worst experience ever had.

Disappointing

Good loaction

room is not very clean, big gap between the headboard and mattress. Not meet my expectation. Doesn't have the Chinese breakfast anymore that the booking website shows. And the furniture is very old in my room.

It was a pleasant stay. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

I didn't have a breakfast there. It's free parking. Closed to restaurant & shops. If you're looking for a day or 2 of staying for cheap, this will be the place I would stay just to sleep-in & bathe. Just a simple amenities. Find another place if you're expecting more than what they're offering. That's all!

The room is not dated if you're looking for more features & amenities. You have to pay $5 deposit for the room key. But they will return it upon checkout. Just in case you lose it.

It is a perfect place to stay during vacation and working travel, I will come again, with friends!!

The people serve in reception are very nice and kind, and they try their best to serve whatever you need, for instance, I am a vegetarian then they bought me many vegetarian instant noodles just for me; the room is very quiet and clean, has sunshine, good air, and is very safe; the parking lot has many spaces so no stress in finding a parking spot any time; living here makes me feel I am living in my own home and have a good day every day!!! Anyway, I will come again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks so much to everyone who works and serves in Grand Inn.

there isn't anything I don't like, but, would like to give some feedback: 1. I hope there is a different higher discount scale for the long days' stay, like for 10 days' stay, or for 2 weeks' stay...etc. 2. the laundry room, the washing machine, and the dryer are very old and unclean, so either replace new ones or maintain them as super clean as possible every day.

Good value, but the building needs a bad. Room itself was fairly clean though. Also wish there was a microwave in the room.
