Perfect apartment for our short stay in a perfect location.

Fantastic location, very clean and accessible. Made to feel very welcome.

There was nothing to dislike for our 2 night stay.

Great value for money

Excellent location. Near the metro station. The staff was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless clean and had all appliances and dishes in the kitchen (but no washing machine). The apartment itself is renovated and modernly styled. Excellent air conditioning.

Mattresses were not comfortable. Almost No natural light in the apartment as all windows face an inside yard. Restroom has a vent, no window. Alavater didn't work most of the time.

Gives a good vibe of vibrant Budapest!

The apartment is located right at the city center, and you get to feel the vibe of the city as your approach to this location. The apartment is in a old building, which disappoints but be a little patient, because the apartment was nice and perfect. The host was nice, and very responsive and understanding for any kind of support. I would love to stay again.

On the downside, being in a old building the Elevator is terrible and cannot be relied upon. I understand, Host cannot do much here. Also, supplies should be double-checked in the apartment before arrival of guests (like Kitchen Rolls, Remote Batteries etc.)

Fantastic location right in the centre of town. Close to all transport and easy walking distance to main Rail Terminal.

Not all facilities advertised were actually available. e.g. no wardrobe, no radio or CD player (not that we wanted to use these. There was an iron but no ironing board. Although there were lots of TV channel, none were in English.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to major sights and markets. Nagy Adrienn most helpful.

Great location. Spacious clean apartment with a big bathroom. Nagy Adrienn was an excellent communicator and was very helpful to us.

Needed to carry heavy cases up a flight of steps to get to a rather old fashioned lift.

Location was good, neat to nice restaurants and pubs and even bus and metro stations; the apartament was very spaciuos, clean, we have enough cutlery, even coffee for the coffee machine…we found everything we need for a great vacation. And the host was very friendly.

The location is very good and apartment was also very neat n clean.

There could be additional cutlery n basic things like Salt, Pepper, tea, Sugar etc.

Spacious apartment and a great central location,apartment was well equipped and very warm.would highly recommend apartment and Andrienn was very helpful.

City break Budapest

The location is central. Very close to bars restaurants and transport. Everything within walking distance. Tgi fridays kfc mcds burger king all close by as well as a wide range of hungarian and european style restaurants. Davy Byrnes bar and Becketts bar are 2 great Irish bars within 100 metres(Becketts bar next door). All serve food and drink all reasonably priced. So all good. Oh and Adrienn will look after you very well. A friendly face to help with any questions you have.

Good location/ Loud music at night

the location was perfect, easy access to everything you need. The apartment was quite big. kitchen well equipped.

not great to stay if you are not a 'night owl'. restaurant downstairs played loud music on Friday untill 1:30am. we had to leave for our flight at 4am...so one hour sleep wasn't great for us. The windows are not isolating anything, any door opened /closed form outside can be heard. Although the location and the apartment were perfect, we won't be back as we do love our sleep

Clean, confortable, well located!

Big , renovated and confortable flat. In the city center near to restaurants, bars, main attractions but it is very quiet. We had a great time in Budapest.

Expensive mediocre apartment which could be 5 stars with a little effort.

The positives. location for transport is great. Easy to access compared to some other apartments ive stayed in in Budapest over the years. Very secure which is a must for Budapest. Adrienne was helpful and polite. Taxi service provided by the apartment was good as well. Pretty much most things you would need in the apartment for your stay. Budapest is an amazing city which evolves every time we visit. From my first visit 18 years ago when I first met my wife there, it has changed beyond measure. From amazing architecture all the way from a bohemian feel to neo brutalist communist structures it has it all. The spars are incredible as is the café culture that spans the city. The palatinus spa on Magret island is a must if you have kids it rivals the best waterparks in America. Please visit if cities are your thing it is up there with the best in Europe.

The beds where awful. Considering I spent nearly £2000 on this apartment which is £350 more than the usual one we stay in close by, they where appalling. We where re assured on our last day that they where due to be changed. Not really much comfort considering we have just spent 2 weeks there. Found that a little insulting if I'm honest. Location. Yes its great for the various different routes of transport and the oktagon is a great crossover point allowing you to get anywhere in the city with relative ease. However, the apartment is 1st floor above Beckets Irish bar which is ridiculously noisy to the early hours. Also, Liszt square is a sleeping point for lots of the city homeless people. On the whole they do their thing and ignore you but on 3 occasions we where accosted. I've 2 young kids it was not pleasant. Would report it to the Rendorseg but they're not interested. Please bear this in mind if you book here. Like lots of these apartments in Budapest the lift is frankly rubbish. The apartment was first floor so not really an issue for us apart from case moving on first and last day. However if you need the lift it was working for 5 days out of the 14 and had a weight limit of 170kg. Its also the size of a shoe box. you are warned. Considering how much we paid for the place on top of others in the same general location the only benefit was the size of the main room and the aircon. lots of tatty bits on the apartment that you don't pickup on in the photos. Plug socket live wires hanging out of the wall. towel rail hanging off the wall. Broken chair, Lights in the store room broken. Just bits I know but we pointed this out on day 3 and where met with a shoulder shrug and a smile. Not really what you expect for the money. The real bad point was the constant drilling and hammering from 7am to 5pm from the building work next door. Meant staying in the apartment during the day was ruined.

Enjoyed all of it again!

It is my 3rd time in Karma Boutique. The appartment is very big, with airco and with a living room and a kitchen. In the street several restaurants. Hop-on Hop-off next to the appartment.

Superb

Great location. Very clean and spacious with all necessary equipment. Quiet, although in a busy area with restaurants and bars as it has double windows. Instructions for arrival were very clear.

Group of 19 stayed. Excellent location walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Irish pub downstairs very convenient to meet for drinks and sport. Would recommend for groups travelling to Budapest
