Superb

The beach is very close, with beautiful sand a very mild entrance in the clear sea, one would walk up to 80 meters and you would still reach the ground... Breakfast is rich and various. The location is quite, has the bus station just infront of the building and the ride to the centre of Chania only takes 30 minutes.

Quiet and nice place

There are some parking slot The breakfast is standard but good and correct The beach is very nice, quiet place There are supermarket very close to the hotel

Nice, clean apartment hotel right at the beach.

Relatively new (as of 2022) place. Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. When the sliding door of the bathroom got stuck a handyman came within minutes and repaired it. We left in the middle of the night. The hotel prepared small bags for breakfast to take along. Food very good and good variety, though not cheap. Well, inflation in the year 2022 ..

All fine.

Smart hotel for beach lovers

Food in hotel was fabulous. Pool was clean and rooms large and comfortable. Bus outside hotel cheap and frequent to nearest town. Staff very good. Little train trips good but not cheap.

Only news on tv. Quite a long walk from any other shops and restaurants. Glass door on bathroom offered absolutely no privacy. Cleaners walked in on you despite privacy sign on door.

Exceptional

We stayed in a detached split level apartment with a pool which was big enough for us and our two teenage boys. The pool was more of a dipping pool than a swimming pool but really refreshing to use after a day at the beach. Everything was very clean and the breakfast excellent. The showers were great and the beds comfortable. The restaurant was so good we went back twice. The staff were very polite and friendly from the cleaners, the reception staff to the restaurant staff. The only negative is that you are given WiFi for just 4 x devices which meant we had to delete connections if we wanted to use our phones and laptops at the same time! Forum Suites is an overall great place to stay with a beach just 30 seconds away and Chania 15 minutes on the bus caught outside the hotel. We hired a car to see many other remote beaches which is necessary if you want to see Crete in all her beauty. Thank you Forum Suites!!

Excellent hotel, good location, clean rooms

good Location close to the beach. 30min taxi drive from Airport. Clean room. Excellent service. Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Bus stop in front of the hotel and only 10-15 minutes to old town. But also nice restorant at the hotel.

Superb

Location is great, right across the beach. Staff was kind and service was excellent. Very nice restaurant adjacent to suites.

Wifi was almost unusable during the day, somewhat usable early morning / late in the evening

the rooms are all sold bar 5 ( the most expensive) to a danish tour operator. you may feel like “an outsider”

Nice place near Chania

Nice place. Friendly staff. Room was lovely. Near to a good little beach. Can walk into the city.

Restaurant is average. The walk into the city would not suit everyone, but I guess you could use a taxi or bus (stop opposite) instead.

You feel welcome and taken care of

The staff - whether at reception or at the restaurant - were all very friendly and supportive. You always felt they like to serve the guest. Well done to all of them!

Superb

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, lovely beach in front of the hotel just across the road. The nearest city, Chania is 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk along the beautiful beach. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast Coffee. Espresso could makes the difference.

Exceptional

Everything was absolutely great, starting from the distance to the beach, through all the facilities in the room, staff and the restaurant.

Breakfasts become dull if you are staying there more than 3 days.

Great location, small friendly resort

Forum is a smaller resort with very helpful and friendly staff in a fantastic location, across the road from an excellent beach and with a bus stop right outside for easy trips to and from Chania centre. The shared pools are a good size for the number of guests, and we had a small private pool with our room as well. Our room (255) was detached from the other buildings and very quiet at night. The restaurant and shop on-site were very convenient. The reception staff were very responsive to our needs, helping us to organise the Covid tests we needed and printing documents for our onward travels.

Our open plan room could have been better designed - plenty of space but some features were 'style' over 'functionality'. The toilets were small glass boxes, noisy and not very private. Wifi was broken for the first couple of days, then very very slow once it was fixed. Overall though, these things didn't ruin our lovely stay.

Staff very helpful, everyday a cleaned room, netflix in tv . Breakfast was nice. Good price for quality. I recomend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend forum suites if you want to be away from all the tourists!!

The staff were fabulous nothing was ever a problem. Location right across from the beach. Quiet hotel recently renovated great breakfast. Bus right outside which takes you to chania
