The apartment was very good. Easy to find. The views were superb. It was large and clean. The location was excellent.

The seating was not very comfortable. The storage of crockery was strange. You had to be very tall to reach some items. The biggest complaint however was not the apartment, but car parking. There was nowhere within a kilometre that you could park for free. You are constantly feeding meters or, in our case, paying a €30 fine.

While the apartment was in a good location and had a wonderful view, it’s needed a little TLC on paint wood and couch/chairs

The furnishings could be better. They a bit basic. There were no blinds or curtains to the lounge windows.

The flat indeed offers the best views of Cascais. Fantastic location.

The agency managing the place is over charging for late check in (EUR30) and early check out (EUR50) simply because they insist on having someone handing over the keys to you, taking a deposit in cash (!!) and then returning the cash to you after inspection. We arrived at 11pm and left at 4am and not only we felt terrible for the poor lady having to wake up so early but also, these days are over in the holiday renting industry. We booked another flat in the same building on airbnb a couple of months ago, with another host, and they were most relaxed and a lot more flexible about it. Lastly, we got overcharged for the daily tourist tax and while the flat is big and practical, it is time for a bit of an upgrade on the furnishing.

Location and view are amazing! you can sit all day watching the boats & waves. Very close to town centre but in a quiet street. Also close to the stunning coastline to Guincho. Apartment is spacious, clean, quiet & well equipped. Easy to access with the lift.

Apartment is aging so some electrical issues which didnt cause us inconvenience. Shower area could do with a refresh and good scrub in some areas. Beds are very uncomfortable.

No safe for valuables we were travelling on for another 3 weeks so had cash cards and passports that we had to leave in the room so it was a worry we would be happy with a safe and would definitely return we loved cascais

Very nice location with many restaurants and beaches nearby. Great view on the bay from a terrace. Very friendly staff. All the necessary supplies provided such as coffee, mini snacks and even welcome drinks.
