אהבנו הכל, חדרים מרווחים, שירות מעולה , טיפולי ספא מפנקיםת קזינו מפואר, פקידי קבלה שירותיים מאוד, יש בר פתוח 24/7. זו כבר פעם שניה שלנו במלון, נחזור שוב. שכחנו טלפון במונית, פקידי קבלה עזרו למשטרה עם הקלטות ממצלמות ומצאו לנו טלפון.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Euphoria during my visit to Batumi. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the staff. Their dedication to ensuring a memorable stay truly exceeded my expectations. Nata the client relationship manager is truly an amazing hostess, she ensured that we had great stay at the hotel.
First and foremost, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions I had, provide recommendations for local attractions, and even went the extra mile to assist with transportation.
Furthermore, the hotel's restaurant staff provided an exceptional dining experience. The waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to accommodate any special requests. The quality of the food was outstanding.
The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

staff was very nice and helpful in all aspects, very clean and welcoming rooms are big and spacious breakfast was good delicious, the casino is nice, i loved that it was a wall away from the big mall,

The room and the sea views were exceptional we did enjoy our stay
I stayed 7 nights and everyday breakfast wasn't as excepted as 5 star. There was big veriety of the same food, bread wasn't fresh and they don't have toaster

The breakfast is good. Nice sea view. Huge room space.
The clean is not good enough. Bad smell from the toilet. They left us with only 2 towels in the third day. Weak lights

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and toilet, which made us uncomfortable, and the curtain in the room did not cover the entire window, which caused the light to enter the room from the beginning of the morning.
