It's a spacious, 4 storey Victorian family home that can sleep up to 6 people and has 2 full bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The design is modern but still shows off its classic features. It also has a cute little south facing garden with a BBQ primed for sunny summer days. It's perfectly situated on a quiet street near heart of Highbury. It is within walking distance of the famous Arsenal Emirates Stadium and sits in between two large, beautiful parks. Transportation: Busses (Route 19, 4, 141) and Underground/Subway (Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line) heading into central London are within 5-15 minutes traveling distance. The house is also very easy to get to after a long night out. A short taxi or bus ride will take you to trendy Upper Street, which is filled with Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Theatres and Clubs. If you head east, you'll enjoy the idyllic and fun atmosphere of Stoke Newington Church Street with many Bars and Restaurants. Though Highbury is close to the city, it has very much a village feel and can make any person feel at home within the hustle and bustle of London. A few places to recommend: Restaurants: Rabieng Thai Restaurant (less than 5 min walk), Woodbine Pub - Thai food (5 min walk), Iznik Turkish (less than 10 min walk), Bank of Friendship (5 min walk) Le Mercury French (less than 10 min bus ride) Caveats: We will not take families with children under 12 years old as the house is not suitable for children younger than that. Absolutely no pets are allowed as one of us is allergic. The Basement and storage room will be locked during your stay.
