On 10th May stayed at varca while check out double transaction done due to staff told me transaction not reflected in your system so I paid bill when I returned my home and check transaction status both transaction successfully done. I called on call many times sent statement but yet I didn't get my payment so sent urgent. Transaction date 10 May and 11 May2023

Nice but not without hiccups.

The rooms are nice and the pool side was good. The SPA was great. Food was good as to our like and taste. The breakfast was nice but did not have any continental stuff.Sajib from housekeeping was extremely helpful and efficient

We wanted to book taxi from airport to the resort and sent a email to them but we never got a response. First day was disaster. When we reached in the room Air conditioner was not working. We reported and were told that there was no gas in the compressor and they were filling it up. That took more than an hour. Went to take bath and the drain pipe was clogged and the bathroom was filled with water and again asked them to send some and we found that the drain was full of hair and they cleaned it up. At night we ordered food 2 dishes and when the food came it had only one dish and they forgot the second one. we asked them to take the food back and get both dishes warm. so first day was not good but after that it was ok.

was expensive for the amount paid , I would prefer to pay Rs 4500 inclusive of breakfast

calm place , spacious rooms and very helpful staff

needs better cleaning, towels, toiletries and a better quality of breakfast . ( the spread is good)

I would not recommend staying here if you are not a member of Sterling group. they don’t pay attention to regular custom

this property is not well maintained. it’s an old property which requires refurbishing at room level. except for food everything was below average

It was acceptable.

The hotel was nothing more but ok.

The worst thing about the stay was the food, it was really bad, especially the breakfast. The dinner buffet was really expensive but the food was not at all adequate to its price. The gym was bad too. It was quite small and old. There was little equipment which was also quite old and worked poorly.

Awesome Stay...

Everything... Facilities were great... Comfortable, clean rooms... Breakfast spread was decent too... They had cabs at reasonable rates, available all time just outside the hotel... Breakfast staff, reception, door person, housekeeping staff were well mannered and always smiling...

Bit far from beach... Good walk if taken positively... 😀😀😀

It was ok kind

Breakfast was very average Not much choice . Not at all suitable for those who wants a Jain food . Using the same cutlery to prepare a Dosa and the omlet F&B Staffs are very lethargic.
