About this house rental
Located in New Seabury, this lovely house for £559 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This home just finished being fully renovated inside and out! Its set up is ideal for vacationing with the entire family. The first floor offers an open kitchen with cathedral ceilings and living area, a master bedroom with king sized bed, a jack and jill bathroom with walk in shower, and a laundry room. Just off the kitchen is an oversized deck offering a large grill and dining table to seat 8. The patio, just one step down, has a fire pit surrounded by Adirondacks. The second floor offers two more bedrooms a loft and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a full sized daybed with twin trundle. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle. The loft has a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa. The finished basement offers a family room, sleeping area, and full bathroom. This area is accessible from both the inside and outside of the house. The sleeping quarters include two queen sized beds. The home sits at the end of a quiet Cul De Sac and has an ample grassy side yard ideal for children to play in. Spend time rocking on the front porch rocking chairs while the children ride bikes up and down the quiet road. Just off the kitchen on the back of the house is an oversized private deck offering a large grill and dining table to seat 8. The patio, just one step down, has a fire pit surrounded by Adirondacks. You can also enjoy a hot enclosed outdoor shower when you return from the beach before entering the home! Come escape to beautiful New Seabury on Cape Cod. Once you arrive at this newly renovated home in the Bright Coves neighborhood you can walk/bike/hike/kayak to several attractions and never have to get into your car again. The New Seabury Marina with kayak and SUP rentals is just 0.5 mile from the house. In less than a mile you can walk or bike to the Popponesset Spit to enjoy time in the sun and sand or buy a treat from the Ice Cream boat that makes rounds regularly in the Summer. There is a playground, basketball courts and a baseball field along the way. The Popponesett Marketplace is just 2 miles away offering shopping, dining, mini golf, free concerts and more! For a later night out enjoy the live music, food and drinks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at the Lure. In less than 10 minutes drive you can enjoy several other area attractions such as the Cape Cod Children’s Museum, South Cape Beach State Park, and the Mashpee Commons with dining, shopping, an escape room, bowling, a movie theater, and more. The area also offers several golf courses and popular wedding venues. For those who like to explore more, ferries from Falmouth or Hyannis are approximately 15 miles away to go to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard and are ideal for day trips. Please note that this is a family neighborhood and the association observes a 10pm noise curfew.

You know, I’m tired of expensive places that are remodeled, have great reviews, but are actually dumps.
This is one of those places. I have pictures.
* The blankets are stained. The towels are stained. We were not able to find enough unstained blankets or towels for the six of us. We tried washing the towels - didn’t help.
* Bloodstains on pillow and pillowcase.
* A large burn mark, maybe from a cigarette, on a comforter.
* Multiple drains that are clogged - we cleared one, which was GROSS!
* The bottom level with two large beds felt damp and musty. If you want to sleep in a cave, this is the place for you.
* The shower curtain was mildewy.
* There’s no toilet roll holder in the main bathroom. Looked broken and was never replaced.
Other things:
* The windows were unlocked when we entered. Unsafe.
* Tons of full size towels, but only one or two hand towels, with very few places to hang a full sized towel.
* Two facial tissues, total - in a nearly empty box.
* No body wash or shampoo in the main bathroom - we used hand soap.
* Lots of toilet spray though - can’t have enough of that, apparently.
Accessibility:
* It’s not. The stairs to enter the home at front and back are steeper than usual.
Blah blah. Blame the housekeepers. Wrong. The owners are responsible for ensuring that the place is clean and safe.
To me, this place is unhealthy and unsafe. We would not stay here again. I deserve a refund.

Amazing!
What an amazing house! We had 7 adults and 4 children (ages 6, 4, 3, 1) in the house and we all fit. The stairs are a bit tough with the 1 year old but we managed! The house is basically brand new, very clean and well kept. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a pack & play are all there. It was great having a washer and dryer. Definitely a plus to have a full bath on each floor. Kitchen is fully stocked. The coffee maker was broken so the owner bought us a new one and brought it over same day. We spent every night outside by the fire pit (bring or buy wood yourself). The outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach! The house is a solid 10-15 minute walk to the beach (no parking, no bathrooms) so definitely bring bikes or a wagon. There's also a drive-to beach (South Cape Beach State Park) which is beautiful and you can park there for a fee (has bathrooms, 10-12 minute drive). Having everything within the New Seabury community is so amazing, too.... Restaurants, coffee shop, toy store, beer & wine sales, ice cream, mini golf- all there and just a short drive! We had a fabulous time and Erin (the owner) was a pleasure. Highly recommend!!

The perfect getaway
Absolutely loved this house! The owners made it so easy to contact them with any and all questions we had. The area has a ton of activities. We went to South Cape Beach 10 minutes from the house and it was such a beautiful location! Highly recommend!

Perfect House!
We loved the layout of this house! Perfect for multiple family’s or teens wanting privacy. We rented bikes to goto the closest beach, the spit, which was amazing!! Also the raw bar is very close and had the best, huge lobster rolls!! We would definitely return!!

We stayed here for a bit of a family / friends from college reunion. The house was INCREDIBLE and it fit our group of 11 perfectly (we could have easily fit three more to comfortably sleep there). As an avid runner, the geographical areas around the home were beautiful to explore as well. The large driveway and sleeping accommodations were great, but our favorite feature of the house was unquestionably the yard. We grilled, played wiffle ball, corn hole and ladders each day and just sat around the bonfire each night. Perfect mid-pandemic getaway with many normal Cape Cod mainstays closed or limited.
Honestly, this home and location are incredible, you cannot go wrong having a group here. The property owners were super accessible and just genuinely good folks, the kind you'd like to have a few beers with. Will definitely stay here again.

Pictures dont to it justice!
This house was so incredible, it provided the most perfect place for me and my guests to 'get away' on cape cod. The bedrooms are stunning, the kitchen is gorgeous and the deck/patio/fire pit offered a really comfortable and lovely outdoor space. We had an increbile stay, would recommend to anyone with a large group looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable!

I absolutely loved staying at this property! We used this home for my wedding weekend for the bride, bridesmaids and their significant others to stay in and get ready. This home is absolutely beautiful. The renovations and decor choices are perfect. The outdoor area is so nice with a large side yard. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably (we had a group of 12 people). We had a good amount of space for everyone to get ready. The only complaint I would have is that if two people are showering at the same time the water gets very cold. The owner of this property was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating for our group. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. The logistics of getting to the beach were not easy for a group of kids. Neighborhood beach does not allow drop off or pick ups so everyone has to walk and it is a bit over a mile when all is said and done. Not a bad walk if you could drop off and shuttle but this is prohibited. Outdoor shower was not working so should be noted on listing. We had an issue with the grill but I think this was because of previous renters and the owner was not aware, once we told him he was very responsive and came to check it out himself. very responsive to questions about how to get to the beach as well. Should have those instructions listed in the house to make it easier. House was perfect and we enjoyed the fire pit as well as all the great space. Good area for walks we enjoyed sinner at the inn.

Such a great family home!
We stayed here for 3 days and it was absolutely amazing. The home is well laid out for at least 3 families with plenty of space to spread out or have quiet time on your own. The outside area is large. We ate outside everyday and it was amazing. There is a big enough grass area to play games. The kitchen and home is well stocked with everything you would need. I must say one of the main highlights of this place is the area its in and the amazing walk to the beach. One of the best beaches on the cape where you can go out more than 20-30 feet from shore and the water is no more than 3-4 feet deep. The beach is also tucked away so it was pleasant during the weekdays. Don't let the location turn you off. Its a short 20 min easy drive to Falmouth and 25 min drive to Hyannis. The owner James was also very accommodating to all our requests and even dropped of some supplies for us. We'll be back for sure!

Great renovated house in an awesome location!!!
I rented this house for my husbands 30th birthday for a bunch of our friends! The location was awesome!! Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood with a great yard that we spent the majority of our weekend on playing yard games and sitting by the fire pit. Not a terrible walk to the beach and close to Mashpee commons which has some nice bars as well as family activities! There was a small issue with the trash pickup the weekend we were there but James was super accommodating and available to help us figure everything out! I would definitely recommend this beautiful home!!!

Amazing stay on the Cape!
Staying at James and Erin’s was an absolute dream! The house comes with everything you could want for a weekend get-away with friends and is in impeccable condition. The outdoor space and fire pit were huge crowd pleasers. James and Erin were very responsive regardless of communication style (email, text, phone), gave great beach recommendations, and were able to accommodate our early checkin request, which was so appreciated! I cannot recommend this place enough!
