Don't know

• The hotel is located quite in the center of Biarritz. You can easily walk to the beach
• The room (a triple one) was clean and the beds were comfortable
• The staff was nice and helpful
• The hotel has a parking in front of it (15€/day)
• The double bed was too close to the wall (from the bed it was like jumping into the wall)
• The hotel has 2 separate buildings and it is a little bit confusing which is the main one

I enjoyed my stay completely

It was in the city center, 5 minutes away from the ocean. Very clean and comfortable.

They charge us 40€ for a baby!
Who doesn’t sleep in a bed!

Location and breakfast was ok, ish!
The room was next to the front door and people were in and out all night, which kept us awake. The room was dirty, our feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. This property is definitely NOT 3 star and should be reassessed. It is obvious that you are just paying for the location and not the comfort... THINK TWICE!!!

Great location for visiting Biarritz and the beaches. Lots of restaurant options, cafes, and shopping nearby.
We were there over a weekend and the street noise went until 5am. We did have the windows open but there were people in the streets until quite late.

The room was spacious , clean and near the town centre / beach.
There could have been a common area where all the guests could sit

Location- central but surprisingly quiet. Parking, free and secure.
intermittent wifi. wet room bathroom which was poorly designed ( or executed ) so the entire floor got wet, not just the area of the shower.

All was already prepared, check in was done within 3 minutes. Parking was not reserved {I asked for that and was confirmed) there was parking available though. Very good to have parking in front of your 'door'. Situated very well for the beach, the town and all shops and restaurants. Rooms everyday cleaned, also common areas. Only the wifi was not always working. The wifi works but connection to the internet not always, and wifi kicks you out a lot for no reason. Room was quite comfortable, only would prefer a duvet above a blanket.
The wifi could be more fast and better

stayed in seperate building to hotel. spotless very central. very easy check in.very helpful staff

The staff was wonderful in accomodating my early check in and helping me get a taxi in the morning. Very easy to work with the front desk manager. I felt very welcome. My room had a cute peek a boo view of the water (room 8). Location in town was fantastic.
The WiFi in the room was extremely unreliable, consistently dropped or didn't connect. Thankfully it was a weekend so I didn't have a lot of work to do.

the location was excellent. Close to restaurants, bars, shops, market and walking distance to beach.
Tiny room, tiny old towels, not enough pillows. staff not welcoming on arrival but did improve by the time we left.

Fairly good location, with onsite parking (book in advance to make sure they have a space).
Hotel feels in need of some overall tlc. Good place to stay for a brief visit to Biarritz.

Tiny room. Broken air conditioner. No hold laggage service no coffee or tea pot in the room

location and staff pleasant
hardest towels I’ve ever used , WiFi that kept dropping out

Location
The place feels more like a hostel than a hotel we were in one of the outbuildings and the outside door did not close properly. Anjou is full of notices with rules but a notice to remind guests to make sure door was locked would have been helpful. One the plugs in the room did not work properly and while the room was clean, the tv remote was filthy. Breakfast was very basic for€10.

the location is very strategic as it is close to the market, the Port Vieux street with many restaurants and little souvenirs shops. The aquarium is 5 minutes away and so are others spots beautiful to see. A little beach is right at the end of the street too! the room itself was very comfortable and cute.
maybe a little fridge would have been nice? as it was relatively hot. but that’s just a tiny detail as everything else was great.

Near the centre of town
Very little assistance from reception to get a taxi to our final destination! Seems like you cannot even book a taxi in advance, eventually got one after waiting 3 hrs, we were in a central location!!

Very good location, near the beach and center. Beautiful view to the sea from the room, air-conditioning works good, very kind and friendly receptionist.
I opened the window on the evening and some mosquitoes came to the room.

My room had an excellent view and the hotel is located in a very good spot to reach everything within minutes
The internet connection is completely unreliable and extremly slow.

The hotel is located in the very lively center of Biarritz. The grand plage and the 'rocher de la vierge' can be reached within a few minutes of walking. The hotel itself is quite a bit tricky to reach because of the traffic calmed sectors. I was traveling with the motorbike and was able to park at a designated public motorbike parking strip on the side of the street right in front of the hotel. There are some private parking slots right in front of the hotel as well. The room had a nice balcony in the direction of the street. The room was very tidy, clean and functional.
The overall very functional interior design might be lacking a bit of charme. The bed is quite comfortable but seems quite a bit too big for the room (was actually not much of an issue as I stayed only for one night, and spent most of the time outside in the city - this might be an issue if you like to spend more time inside the room)

clean and comfy beds
very basic, no kettle for tea
