The location of the hotel was fantastic and so central to the shopping precinct of Caen. We loved having the small balcony to look over the streets and district below. Both the bed and room was large and very comfortable, and the room was quiet from any noise from the restaurant below. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel - a good value breakfast and handy room service for dining in. The late check out was great too.

Prime location, close to everything we needed, including the tram network. Tram connection to the train station was easy, from the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful, and friendly.

The location was ideal.
My original room was hot and the temperature was not adjustable. I was moved to a much smaller room and it was still warm. I had a hard time sleeping because of the heat.

It was easy to find and clean.
The AC would not work, and it’s convenient location was a hotspot for people so it was noisy outside all night. You absolutely can not get a good nights rest between the noise and the rock hard bed.

The location was good.
The bed was awful and gave me exceptional back pain. The room service was appalling and the food quality was terrible. They served stew out of a jam jar. The room was tiny and the wifi was almost non-existent.

very good location in centre of city. secure underground car park across street (18Eu per 24 hrs, cheaper overnight).
Room very small. shower leaked all over bathroom floor, bed very hard. staff said I should remake the bed myself with the spare blanket from the wardrobe to make the bed less hard, and that nothing they could do about shower.
on last day saw a man wiping tables in breakfast room with a cloth, dropped it on floor, picked it up and carried on wiping tables with the cloth! not very hygienic.
