Big room, and host Vienna provided lots of information

Very, very, very overpriced for what you get- and no breakfast included!! Was the most expensive place stayed at. Other places in sorrento were cheaper, offered breakfast and had swimming pools. Everything was sold out on booking.com for the night we stayed so had no choice to book here. Shower was poor- water trickled. Would have rated the b&b higher if it had been half the price!

Vienna and her family were very helpful! The space was clean and the location was great! About a 20 minute walk into Sorrento and a short 10 minute walk down to the beach! I would highly recommend

It is advertised as a B & B. No breakfast is included and we had no access to the kitchen as she includes in her photos on bookings.com No bar fridge in the rooms. She rents out 3 rooms in her own apartment. The entrance is very hard to find as it’s a residential building with the dustbin and rubbish bags. It is not pleasant. The balcony faces all other residential apartments. Bookings.com need to review this listing.

Vienna was the loveliest host - so kind and friendly, and she even showed me where I needed to go to get to my tour starting points and places of local interest. She was full of recommendations and just generally a wonderful lady to chat to. And the room! The view is exceptional, I was honestly blown away. I could sit on the balcony and look out at Mt Vesuvius as the sun went down. Everything in the room was also clean, comfortable and tidy. The location in Sant'Agnello was really good, a short walk to the centre of Sorrento and with lovely cafes nearby. All in all highly recommended. Thank you Vienna!

Vienna was nice and speaks good English. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

The tank for hot water for the shower is very small. You have to be very quick. 2 of us had cold showers on day 1. The other 2 in our group did not shower as takes too long to heat up again. Needs a bigger tank. Long walk into Sorrento along a road that has effectively no footpaths. Taxi cost €20 from Sorrento to the B&B which is expensive. Bed was very cold initially. I discovered the heating the second day!. Train passes by the building so it can be a little noisy but it didnt bother us too much. .

This is not a B&B. It is someone who rents out 3 rooms in here apartment. The bathroom is very old, the shower head was broken, shower curtain was very old/dirty. The bed is super hard. It was like sleeping on a plank. The host entered our room to turn of our airconditioning, turn of the boiler (=no hot water!!) and pull out all the sockets.

Nice area, very close to the station, grocery shops, restaurants. Around 20 minutes by walking to the center of Sorento. Nice view from the room

The host had a very bad attitude at the beginning, although it changed after that our bad impression remained. Every time we go out someone enters our room, not to clean, but to open or close the windows...

The location was good and Vienna (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and with air condition it was good to sleep.

The only thing what we missed, was refritgerator for the drinks and breakfast-eatings.
