Issues: the room was moldy, the outlets were not working (only one of them), the shower temperature was not adjustable, housekeeping only worked in the morning (never had room service in 5 days), the checkin experience was bad (they made us do it 3x), dismissive staff (the manager was great and helped us move to another room), we were denied an extra hour late checkout for no reason (when we went back to the room an hour later the housekeeping had not been initiated).

Nice location (little walk but very safe). Easy check in and helpful staff. Pretty standard- good value for money. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Rooms were stuffy and pretty small, ac wasnt strong, breakfast room was so hot and served the same breakfast every day. Beds were standard.

The location is great. Silent (out of downtown) and easy for transferring for the tours. Good breakfast. I had to anticipate my return and the hotel committed to reimburse one day.

The facilities need an urgent maintenance. Bathrooms are not working properly. I had to change to another room because the shower was on fire (a lot of smoke). In the new one, the shower worked only in one specific temperature. Paint is dirty, doors are not closing correctly. Old fashion deco. The photos probably are real, but from decades ago.
