Lovely place, but impression was ruined by host’s inappropriate behaviour

The location is great, the view from the balcony is lovely. There are nice places to go close by.

In the living room there’s a home fragrance spray with terrible and strong smell that gave me headache. This smell didn’t go away even after several hours with all open windows. I told the host about it, and all would be more less ok… BUT then the host came to the property when I was moving out. She blocked my car in the driveway and started pressuring me to leave a good review! When I told her that I don’t like to be pressured like this, she just cancelled the booking. After the stay. This behaviour is unacceptable and crazy, I don’t recommend staying with such host.

A lovely relaxing holiday in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nicholas Seaview Apartments. Great quiet location away from the noisy bars and restaurants but close enough to get to with a short walk. We had gorgeous morning sunshine and lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Very close to numerous beaches and a short bus ride away from Nissi Beach and Konnos beach. Apartment was great too, everything we needed and nice and clean. Maria our host was lovely, checking in on us and helping us with any questions or requests even providing us with a delicious watermelon which her dad grows 😀 we snacked on it all week ! Thank you Maria for everything and we hope to be back next year.👍

Exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location just perfect, 3 min walk from the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is placed at an exceptional location which is very close to the most famous beaches of Protaras. Amazing host, always available to help. Maria was a fantastic host, she met us at the property and was very welcoming, the place was 10 out of 10 clean and she was on call if we needed anything. Amazing place, Fantastic and modern apartment. Beautifully situated, fully equipped. The property is absolutely stunning, a great deal of effort has been made with the decor and was fully kitted out for self catering. Kitchen had all required equipment and crockery Including coffee maker washer. Spacious, with comfortable bed. Beautiful seaview ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment was better than we had expected. Maria, many thanks, again, for the excellent customer service. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superb

Well equipped app with practically all stuff needed. Cold drink await us during arrival too :). Enough space for 2-3 persons, all amenities in bathroom, cleanness all around. In kitchen everything for dining, some could miss dishwasher maybe. Washing machine works, but description only in Cyrillic. AC units works well.

Bed itself was sufficient for max. 1,8m tall people, those taller might claim a bit. Noise from the street comes through windows, but nothing to claim so much as it was anticipated.

Apart from that the apartment was clean bright spacious and in the perfect location would recommend it to any couple considering going to potaras loved every minute will definitely be back thank you

Couple of thing nothing major the washing machine only has a 3 hour wash setting which stops when you take your key out to leave the apart ment so turns into a 12 hour wash unless you leave it on over night iwhich I don't think the apartment below would appreciate also the ironing board they've supplied must be for one of the seven dewalfs it's ridiculous

Great holidays

Very nice location, walk distance to the sea. Very good kitchen equipment and comfortable bathroom. Owner was very polite and arranged what we asked. It was a small lovely holiday apartment

If they upgrade the bed mattress it will be exceptional.

Very good

Location is excellent, place is tasteful decorated and fully equipped. The staff are very friendly.

Place for more than 2 people is a bit tiny. and sofa bed quite uncomfortable. There is some times a sewerage smell maybe from the bathroom or the area.

From our experience, this apartment is a good choice with some acceptable flaws

We were in the apartment on the floor (I think number 3). Maria is accommodating and takes care of her guests. Even though we did not meet her, she called us via phone to provide information and ask if we need something, pure 10 for her. The location is almost perfect, hard to can be better. The apartment is nice, have most of the thing you needed. Bedroom, terrace, entrance, living room everything is like on pictures.

Why we did not give 10 for this apartment is only for two things: 1. Bed in the living room is really uncomfortable. You can literally sleep only on your back. Any other position is not comfortable because the mattress is thin. 2. Drain in the bathroom is not in the best condition. The water is slowly going out to the drain. This can be a problem when your wife or daughter, washing hair. The bathroom can flood a little bit.

Exceptional

Spacious apartment very well equiped and with strong wi-fi (it was impostant for us since we needed to work from the apartment). Host Maria was great - she let us check in earlier, provided useful info and reached out occasionally to check if we needed anything.

Being on the ground floor was not ideal but not a big issue.

Excellent choice, definitely coming back :-)

1) the host, Maria, is exceptional, she is one call or text message away to answer any questions and solve any issues. She emailed us instructions before our arrival day and everything was clear and easy to follow 2) the location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the main beach AND the main street of Protaras, also very close to a supermarket with very good prices

some minor improvements are needed in the apartment, but Maria was informed and she actually showed me proof of action on those improvements before we checked out - what more could you ask from a host?

Absolutely a great stay!

We loved the location, clean apartment, The view was amazing. It a very private and quiet accommodation and Maria was one call away and always there to answer to anything we want. We will definitely be coming back soon. Absolutely the best place we've stayed in Proataras area. high level of accommodation which exceeded expectations.

Fantastic apartmebt with the best host ever!!

The apartment is superb.has everything you could ever need. Perfect for families.It was very clean and tidy . Three bathrooms unsuite. Wi-Fi was working excellent on both floors. The host is more than service minded. She helped us with absolutely everything and when we celebrated a birthday she arranged with cake and balloons. Would definitely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
