This small nest for 2 people has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Ideal for small budgets, it can also offer an extra room to the other three units of the property. Housing Just like the independent contemporary chalet of 45m2 and two apartments in the house: the Floor of 90m2, the Appart of 32m2 on the ground floor South side, this studio completes the proposal of singular housing of our residence. We put all our know-how by selecting noble and quality materials. The decor is signed Michel Bouard with unique furniture and custom. The Studio of 24m2 is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quality bedding with a bed of 160x200. Bed linen provided. Equipped kitchenette: fridge-freezer, gas hob, high quality kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels are not provided. The studio is heated. WIFI internet access, flat screen TV. Access to the adjoining garden with private part and all the necessary to spend good moments outdoors. The sidewalk access to the Studio also serves the apartment floor. A photo shows it to you. A private parking space is reserved for you to park your car. Access of travelers Ideally located in Chaparon, authentic Savoyard village at the end of Lake Annecy. The studio is on the ground floor at the back of the house. Numerous departures from the apartment to the lake or the mountains. Depending on the season, water sports, sailing, beach, paddle, canoeing, paragliding, hiking, climbing, cycling, Wake-Board, golf, horse riding, summer tobogganing, tennis, canyoning, forest walks, picking mushrooms, chestnuts, walks snowshoeing, skiing ... Near the bike path and piers for a ride around or on the lake. Discover Annecy, its old town and the many activities and events offered throughout the year. Many restaurants on the lake or on the heights. Nearby ski resorts: Montmin, 20 minutes, to start skiing safely or go sledding. Seythenex, 30 minutes, for a sports ski or free ride. The Semnoz, 40 minutes, for a relaxing family ski Less than an hour away, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Crest-Voland, Les Saisies, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Megeve ... Spa and Fitness 10 minutes. Water sports center 20 minutes. Thermal baths in Aix les Bains or Saint Gervais. Other remarks I welcome you to our beautiful region. Petit studio bien équipée, très propre au calme avec son jardin , idéal pour quelques jours . Non loin de la voie verte pour ceux qui aiment les balades à vélo et du lac d'Annecy . Nous avons apprécié la literie excellente , la taille du lit et la décoration ainsi que la gentillesse et la grande convivialité de Céline qui fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous . De plus situé dans un très joli village .

Perfect base for cycling and other outdoor sports

We spent two weeks in the beautiful studio. It looked exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean and in good conditions. It is also very comfortable and cozy and the possibility to sit outside in the garden area makes it seem larger than it is. Céline was very friendly, welcoming, responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We spent most of our time cycling (road bike), visiting the Tour de France, hiking and also swimming in Lac d'Annecy. Both the small plages in Duingt and Dossard are perfect to enjoy the sun. Hopefully we can come visit again one day.

Le studio est parfait pour 2 personnes avec des équipements de bonne qualité. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin tous les jours ainsi que du potager, de la plancha et du barbecue. Séjour au top avec un emplacement idéal pour toute sorte d’activité. Céline est très gentille et nous a fourni un document avec toutes les bonnes adresses du coin.

Appartement très propre et très confortable, très bien aménagé. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire, qui est réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ce petit nid douillet, idéal pour un week-end en amoureux!

Gemütlicher Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen

Wir waren im Februar eine Woche bei Celine und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in ihrem ruhigen und gemütlichen Studio. Es ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist recht neu und auch die Matratze vom Bett ist sehr gut (das ist ja in Ferienwohnungen nicht immer so). Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht, so dass wir immer lecker kochen konnten. Supermärkte gibt es in den Nachbarorten Duingt (3 km) oder Doussard (4 km). Im Ort selbst kann man beim Nachbarn frische Bio Eier kaufen und es gibt eine ganz tolle Bio Bäckerei mit super leckerem Brot. Toll war, dass wir Celines Mountainbikes kostenlos benutzen konnten. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe eine Fahrradroute auf der man abseits vom Straßenverkehr relaxed fahren kann. Ansonsten gibt es einige tolle Wanderungen, die man direkt von der Haustür aus starten kann. Celine war immer erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z.B. den kostenlosen Skibus aus dem Nachbarort Lathuile zum Skigebiet Sambuy, das man in ca. 30 Minuten erreicht. Wir können den Ort und auch das Studio sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances excellentes dans ce studio de charme, aménagé avec soin et très fonctionnel. Logement propre avec des équipements de qualité et une très bonne literie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin au calme dans village. Beaucoup de choses restent à voir dans cette belle région, donc nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir ! Et nous vous le conseillons pour vos prochaines vacances !
