Best stay when in South Goa

Rooms are great and very comfortable. It’s right on the beach. Food and drinks are very good. It is a very laid back vibe with great service from the staff

We would come back

Location was superb, the staff went out of their way to please, the food was good and reasonable and the bed very comfortable. Nanu and his brother were extremely helpful in every way and we had one of the most relaxing weeks we have ever had on holiday.

Although these were minor points and reflected more on our expectations, we found the bathroom very basic indeed. We were offered a better hut but had already unpacked so opted to stay where we were so this is not a criticism, but hut 109 could do with some improvement eg.a bigger basin and mirror. Also we would have welcomed an evening or 2 of live entertainment so we didn't have to go searching for it elsewhere, although the laid back and chilled atmosphere was very enjoyable

The staff are amazing the beach is stunning, made to feel like royalty, we choose our own fish and then watched it being prepared and then it goes into the tandoori oven. It was fantastic

Very good location and helpful staff. They also offer food which is OK. Rooms are very clean.

Small cottages are built out of wood and on some places there are termites eating the wood. There was a lot of termite droppings on the floor.

The best thing about On Shanti is the fact that it is on a quite beach without too much of a crowd or party goers. The property is right on the beach and the staff is very helpful. The only problem with South goa in general is finding rental vehicles.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, room a bit rough around the edges

Lovely food in the restaurant, nice view of the beach. Staff helped with renting scooters. Room was spacious.

Bathroom was a bit outdated, some stains on the sheets, after check out luggage storage was provided, but this was in the restaurant next to tables.

Comfortable stay at prime location

Everything about the location of this place is amazing. Polite staff, clean rooms, right at the beach.

The only thing I’d say that could be improved is the food. Otherwise, you can close your eyes and book this place. I’m going to definetly come here again.

Perfect Beachside Getaway

Beautiful beach side property on a reasonable rates and the food is also good. You can enjoy your drinks and food while seeing the sea. The beach is also very clean and less crowded. Sometimes it seems like a secluded beach. Must go place. Staff is also good and helpful.

Rooms were very clean. Looked like it had gone through a recent renovation. Staff were very responsive and courteous. Kitchen staff and owner were very accommodative of our special request for meals. They were open to suggestions and prepared food the way we wanted. Location was excellent. Right by the beach. Beach was also clean and not crowded as it was off season.

Wish they served breakfast earlier than 9 am. Since we were early risers, we had to go out for breakfast.

Location and rooms.

Service. Staff was a bit rude and not so supportive - in terms of lending fridge for small storage or so. Food is ok-ok, they can do much better. Overall the experience was good. Would like to visit once again if they improve on their services. The rooms stink a bit at times. Can use room freshners or provide room freshners in every room.

Best value for money when in South Goa

The food is great from breakfast to dinner, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. They do free housekeeping whenever you want it, and they provide you with all the sheets, towels and toiletries. The atmosphere is nice, a bit hippie style. Its location is right on the beach
