Personal könnte kundenorientierter sein

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Aufenthalt von Freunden, für die ich auch gebucht hatte. Eine Bewertung unseres Aufenthalts gibt es auch. Da ist zu den Preisen von booking.com alles gesagt

Unsere Freunde haben aber auch noch die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals, bzw. eher des Managements, erlebt. Sie waren früh angereist, um sich mit uns zu treffen und wollten nach einem gemeinsamene Besuch der Kunstsammlung Würth ca 13:45 Uhr einchecken, was ihnen verwehrt wurde. Check-In erst ab 15:00 Uhr. Das ist sehr kleinlich.

Schwäbisch Hall lohnt sehr, booking nicht

Die Lage ist gut, nahe dem Zentrum. Allerdings hat man vor die früher schöne Aussicht auf den am Berg gelegenen Stadtkern ein hässliches Einkaufszentrum und den Busbahnhof geklatscht. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, aber nur ein Stuhl. (siehe dazu unten).

Meine Kritik gilt booking.com wegen falscher Bilder und Preise. Wir achten immer darauf, dass wir 2 Stühle im Zimmer haben, so dass nicht mindestens einer immer nur auf dem Bett sitzen kann. Das zeigt Booking.com für das "große Zimmer", in dem ein kleines Sofa zu sehen ist . Wir hatten nur einen Stuhl. Ich zur Rezeption. Ich erfuhr, nur in dem Mini-Appartement gäbe es ein kleines Sofa. Der Vergleich der Bilder auf booking.com und auf der Webseite des Hotels ergab, dass das zutraf. Booking.com informiert falsch. Außerdem ergab sich, dass das Mini-Appartement nur € 134 o. F. gekostet hätte, direkt beim Hotel. Ich zahlte trotz 20% Genius "Rabatt" aber €136 für ein Zimmer, das direkt beim Hotel nur € 108 gekostet hätte. Booking. com hat mich sehr übervorteilt.

Komfortabel, ruhig und zentral

Sehr angenehmes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Dank der Schallschutzfenster ist es im Zimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperatur und Belüftung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich ausgestattet und ist sehr appetitlich. Die Lage ist ideal für Altstadtbummel und nur wenige Schritte vom ZOB entfernt. Von der öffentlichen Parkgarage P5 Weilerwiese gelangt man direkt ins Hotel.

Wir fanden die Betten etwas hart.

Beautiful German town

Airconditioning , great location , spatious. The breakfast was excellent Underground carpark

2 out of the 3 reception staff were not exactly warm and welcoming As is mostly the case with underground parking, you need your checked-in key to be able to access the elevator in :/

Clean and tidy hotel with a good breakfast

The hotel was clean and tidy, served a great breakfast and had a comfortable bed and a lovely shower.

Exceptional

The hotel is located near the center. You will need to cross the bridge and you will get the historical center. The hotel has a park with a video camera. The staff is very friendly. The room was good.

Good short term stay.

Location is very good, and rooms are very clean and modern.

There were no options for families - to accommodate my kids we would have to book 2 rooms.

Superb

Check-in and check-out were very smooth, responsive, and polite employees (Especially the night of check-in there was a very helpful, cheerful, employee at the front desk, unfortunately, I forgot to ask her about her name to mention her). The bathroom and bedroom were clean, tidy and spacious with a fridge, and the room view was great, the air conditioning was great and needed in hot summer. the location was great near everything in the city center. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of varieties.

Two medium-sized spiders were found inside the room, but I think this is normal in Schwabach hall due to spiders being everywhere :P

beautiful “landscape” the room was very nice decorated and suprisingly big. A lot of parking lots as well.

lovely staff, all of them, friendly and helpful and genuinly interested in making your hotel experience as good as it can be. kudos to all the staff there!

the only thing I was a little disappointed by was the lack of a minibar/fridge in the room, however, there was no issue at all to keep some personal drinks cold in the bar fridge near the reception downstairs.

Excellent breakfast. Location perfect for exploring the city. Very clean. A bit small, but value for money. Air condition is a nice plus, works perfect and very silent.

We had a room directed to main street. so no open window in the night, for much too loud.

Nice hotel to stay

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre, but still, it has ample parking. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and ready to help. The town worth visiting - small but beautiful

Breakfast is very simple, with limited diversity. Everything else was good

Exceptional

Avoid a morning period because there is a bad receptionist, but an excellent hotel and very excellent restaurant staff and excellent evening reception staff.

A morning shift employee Reception was not smiling and she did not like my presence, which makes me avoid her presence and prefer an evening or vacation employee.
