We enjoyed our stay. The cabin seemed a bit smaller than the photos lead on, but overall it was great and we made it work. We had 11 people staying, most being adults, so the sleeping arrangements were not completely ideal. I suggest bringing an air mattress so that someone doesn’t need to end up on the couch if you have more than 5 adults. The trundle was a bit small for an adult. The game room and kid’s bunk room was awesome. Memories were definitely made. The heater worked great, and we loved the big table for our large party. Would recommend maybe storing the firewood somewhere else too bc it didn’t want to burn. Maybe it had gotten wet. We eventually went and bought our own. Overall recommend this cabin and especially for a group with kids and young adults. Thank you!

We decided to go to Lake Arrowhead for my granddaughter’s 6th birthday. There was 7 people that went. Walking in it was a throwback to when I was a kid, 70’s all over. WE LOCED IT!! This worked out to be the best getaway we have had in quite awhile. The house was clean. comfortable and very inviting. Plenty of seating to talk and eat. The downstairs had a pool table and video game consoles (pac man, Galaga).
I highly recommend this location for a family gathering.

Absolutely the perfect vacation home for a family with little ones. The kids enjoyed the game room and the toys that were provided for us. Can’t tell you how much everyone loved their stay here. A+++

Comfortable, well appointed home. Space for our group of 9 to spread out. The grandkids loved the game room.
The deck was perfect for am coffee and post dinner relaxation.

My family and I loved our stay here, the place was clean, beautiful, quiet and just as described. The pool table and arcade games were a huge plus, when we were in the cabin that’s where we would spend our time. Ashley was amazing and easy to get in contact with to help answer any questions we had. My family and I will definitely be back.

My family and I loved our stay here, the place was clean, beautiful, quiet and just as described. The pool table and arcade games were a huge plus, when we were in the cabin that’s where we would spend our time. Ashley was amazing and easy to get in contact with to help answer any questions we had. My family and I will definitely be back.

The host was very welcoming and organized. We loved the cozy feel and ability to have some quiet time, as the kids played a lot of the time downstairs in the game room. We were also able to walk down to the lake through the ritzy neighborhood. It was a perfect little getaway.

This place was exactly as described. Although the furnishings may appear somewhat dated, everything worked and was very comfortable. There are multiple sitting areas on different levels. All the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have kids in your group.

There is a game room fit with arcade games, pool table, toys for little kids, and tv/movie capabilities. The house was furnished with everything we needed as well.
It is about a 10 minute drive or so into the main little area of Arrowhead, but it was easy to navigate and park each time we went in. The cabin was clean and the host was an amazing communicator. Will definitely be back for another family trip!

We had a great time staying at this cabin! It was the perfect size for our group and the split level made it easy for us to let the kids play in one area while the adults relaxed in another. Great Stay
Family gathering , 7 adults , 2 children 4 & 6. House was ideal for our celebration of four birthdays amongst the family. The 3 levels provided space for everyone , house was well stocked and the house has a very comfortable feel to it. Ashley was very responsive and professional prior to, during and after our stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The appliances are older and some spices—sugar and pepper— were missing so a bit difficult to cook for large group. We stayed in early July and it was hot on second and third story from about noon-6pm even with AC on. Cooled down at night but took til about 10pm for 3rd floor to cool down.

Restful, comfortable vacation
This was a great escape from the high heat in Los Angeles! The house was a restful, quiet respite, and the 5 min walk to the lake was great! We all loved the pool table. I would give a 4.8 instead of a 5 rating, only because obviously many people have enjoyed the house through the years and it could do with some updating and the cleaning was a drop under par. But thank you for sharing your house with us. We loved it.

Perfect Cozy Getaway!
My teens and I needed a change of scenery. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The cabin is so homey and cozy. It was clean, and had everything you'd need in the kitchen. We even used the slow cooker one day--put in some chicken before we went to the lake (just a quick walk away), and came home to a fantastic dinner.
We spent hours on the bottom floor, lounging on the comfortable couch, watching hockey, and playing pool. There are two decks to sit and enjoy the morning and evening air. My daughter was thrilled to have a piano. She plays but only has a keyboard at home.
Worried about covid, and not wanting to intrude on the locals during a pandemic, we brought all our own groceries, but then the owner informed me that one of the nearby grocery stores does delivery via instacart. That came in handy for odds and ends we'd forgotten or hadn't thought about.
The owner also called me in advance to assure me of their cleaning standards--something I greatly appreciated. We had a few minor issues--which were mostly misunderstandings on our part--I had to get in touch with the owner three times while we were there and she was quick to respond and answer our questions. It was clear that it was important to her that our stay was comfortable.
My only complaint is that I wish we'd planned for one more day. It was too quick. We're hoping to do it again soon and would love to stay in this cabin again.

We will be BACK!!
we had a great stay at this home. It had everything on our list from pool table, beach pass, close to lake and village, air conditioning and trash pickup. The house has a old feel to it with its rotary phone, old stove and oven. We truly loved it. The oven worked better then my oven at home. The home is a short 10 minute walk to Tavern Beach and a short 10 minute drive to the village. The owner Ashley was VERY responsive and made the stay very enjoyable for us. Near the end of our stay we found some trails that lead to coves where the kids could swim. The walk around the lake was also fun. We have added this house to our list and hope to stay there again next summer.

Fabulous cute home
Beautiful cozy home. Has everything ready. Just a short walk or drive to the tavern bay. Only downside is, the arrowhead lake association doesn’t allow short term residents to use the beach. But we walked down the trail and found a very cozy small beach pad in between the docks. We did some swimming and fishing. Will definitely comeback

Great Spot!
This is a great cabin. The location to the lake is unbeatable. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and by far, this owner is the best communicator. The cabin has some intentional funky old items left for nostalgia (like a wall toaster and a dial phone - dont worry, WiFi is great for the cell phones!) - my kids were in awe. We can't say enough good things. We will be back!

Cozy and cute stay
I had a wonderful experience at the cabin because it was clean, easy to check in, near by to the lake, just beautiful and unique! My group of 9 and I fit comfortably in the space and had so much more room for more people. We enjoyed the most our time playing pool table and gathering around the fire place. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything to cook our meals. I highly recommend others to stay here. I know I will be staying here for future trips to Lake Arrowhead.

Amazing
Our experience at the cabin was amazing. Ashley was so kind to us and made our experience so much better. We got snow during our Thanksgiving stay and it was beautiful. Our kids loved the game room and the house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Lake Arrowhead weekend outing
The property manager is awesome. I didn’t have a hard time communicating with her. The house is well kept and maintained. It is also is just a few minutes walk from the lake, which we liked. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Cabin Getaway
This place was perfect for our group of 8. The cabin in even more beautiful in person. Ashley the owner was so kind and answered any questions we had very promptly. We love this cabin and wish we had a week there. We look forward to staying here again some time. The games room was so much fun too and we really enjoyed the Lincoln Logs! The neighborhood that the cabin is in is so beautiful and just a short walk to the lake as well.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view! Kids enjoyed playing outside and in play room.
Handicap occupants would only be able to stay on main level due to steep steps.
They have a wood supply for the fire place, that was an awesome surprise! Home owners were super sweet and accommodating!!
