Spacious apartment and best Italian breakfast

Loved how spacious and large the room was. We had an entire apartment with a balcony for a really good price. The reception communicated very well with us to ensure we had a smooth check in and check out. They had a great and wide selection for breakfast which is especially and a pleasant surprise for Italy breakfast standards. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the beach and beachfront restaurants. It is such a homey and family oriented neighbourhood which was peaceful and lovely. Also stable WiFi for working as needed, although we went to the restaurants to work.

The apartment was a little further from the beach than I imagined but that was nothing since I imagined it to be a 20sec walk and it was a 3min walk. Not a problem. I just thought I could see the beach from my balcony.

Location, clean, nice breakfast.

I did not believed that the train across will be so loud but it honestly was. Had some issue while sleeping with that but managed to make it work.

Breakfast was good.

We were informed from hotel by Email that reception is open till 9pm. We were at hotel at 8.20. Outdide gate was locked. We had to wait that somebody came out to get in, just to see that reception is not open. After Phone call they said somebody will come in 15 minutes, naturally it took 25 minutes. We were able to get to our room at about 9.30pm. Also, it should be mentioned in hotel description that there goes a railway right beside of the hotel. From our room it was less than 50 meters. Bit disturbing, to say it in nice way.

lovely place

We liked the position and the size of the rooms that were also comfortable and very nice. Staff very kind and gentle. Breakfast very nice. We really hope to come back next year!!

Our Lovely stay!!

Me and my family we had our trip to Tuscany after 4 years of no sun and no warm and we booked this hotel after taking in consideration the online reviews, it was a perfect choice!!! The hotel is very clean and beautiful, close to everything and very nice staff from all departments specially Alessia from reception, she was very helpful 🤗❤️!!! Thank you for our lovely stay!!! Great beach holidays close to the Mediterranean Sea

A very nice breakfast with opportunity to sit in- or outside. The beach is close, only about 3 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and we liked the option to rent bicycles for a few hours for free.

The train at night was quite noisy, because the rails were close. The cetrum of Follonica with restaurants and bars is about 20 minutes away.

Superb

Lots of space, huge balcony, well-equipped kitchen. The hotel has its own parking space (lots of space for cars!), which makes it easy if you are driving there. Beautiful flower garden downstairs as well. Also, the hotel is really close to the beach, up to 5 min walk. Each room has a mosquito net at the window, which was great!

The place is close to a train track and you can hear the trains even at night and even if the room doesn't directly face the train tracks. Fortunately, there weren't many trains passing by. Additional tourist fee of 4€/person which is extra to the price you book on the website and which in theory should include all taxes and fees.

An unnecessary complication with the payment of the "no show guarantee" made my vacation bitter

Room size, cleanliness, friendly staff in the breakfast room, surroundings with lots of greenery. Even the administrative staff was friendly until it caused a payment complication (read: what you didn’t like)

Constant noise (room opposite the railway line and the main road in between), the same breakfast offer every day. Defeating: the administration afforded to repay the guarantee in case of non-arrival, despite the fact that I even informed them days ago and finally 2 hours before arrival when exactly I would arrive; catastrophic: after 7 weeks I still didn’t get a refund of the guarantee, despite the fact that (supposedly) they immediately made a cancellation payment. I paid the bill in full immediately upon arrival, with another credit card. From July 24, 2020, they no longer responded to my messages, shamefully ...
