Once we got into the room, my nose had been itchy and running non-stop. Seemed like the carpet hadn’t been cleaning for long time or there was something wrong with the air conditioning. My stay was not enjoyable at all.

シャトルバスが 朝10時 夜18時40まで は酷い ↓ 朝8時半 夜20時 に変更して欲しい 結局、タクシーを多用しました。

Elegant setting, rooms a little dated but very spacious.

5,000 yen for a buffet breakfast is excessive. I have had far better breakfasts on this trip alone (Hotel Indigo / Hyatt Regency) which were cheaper and, I am sorry to say, better in their offering.

The views were wonderful and the hotel was well positioned in Osaka. The staff were very helpful. Everything was exceptional clean.

The Japanese restaurant was very expensive for what you got and difficult to get a booking, as was the Chinese restaurant. Everything at the breakfast buffet was cold, even those foods that were supposed to be hot. We found this on the three mornings we ate there. The bar wasn’t open every day. It was difficult to find somewhere out of the room to sit and relax with a drink.

Breakfast was amazing Staff were polite and efficient Clean rooms Free Shuttle bus to the train station I wanted a head spa and the lady at the desk was very helpful to find a salon and book an appointment for me. It was amazing!

Very good location. Helpful and Friendly staff. Adjoining rooms for my family.

You had to queue for breakfast. Obvious better treatment by some staff for the Japanese guest and less good approach to western guests.
