Clean but no elevator

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.

No elevator, had to lug our stuff, and a roll-a-way bed up the stairs.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here due to the dirty, unkept rooms.

Location was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Seemed like a safe, decent area.

Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. The 1st room I was given smelled like mildew, was damp on the carpet by the bathroom, had a layer of dust on appliances, hair in the fridge, trash under the bed, etc... I politely asked to be switched to a new room, and my 2nd room was still dirty. Toilets, tubs, sinks are stained. Counters had hair from previous guests. More trash was found behind the couch. Staff could also smile a little more or act like they care. Didn't get any empathy or apology either when I informed the employee about the unclean room.

Nice hotel if you aren’t handicapped

The room was nice, the shower had a built in bench, the downstairs had an ice machine.

They didn’t answer their phone when we had it on redial for 4 hours. They don’t have an elevator. They were unable to accommodate our online or in person request for handicap accessible room. My Mom had to sleep in the car. Another guest offered us their main floor “king” room but it was only a double bed, and of course had no handrails.

clean and comfortable

This location is close to a variety of places to eat and shop. I bring my dogs with me and this is the first place that I have stayed where there is no evidence of other animals in the building or my room--no animal smells, messes or damage from previous pets.

Since I stayed on the ground level my dogs were unsettled with movement from the upper floor--this is of no fault to Travelodge, just my jittery pets. If you have noise sensitive dogs I would recommend staying on the second level.

Comfortable and met my needs for an overnight stay while traveling.

What I liked about the staff at this location was that they solved a problem with my reservation promptly. I had booked two rooms through booking.com. However, when I arrived the hotel only had one room reserved. I don't know where along the way the error was made, but the on site staff at the hotel dealt with this issue promptly and provided two rooms for me and my travel companion.

If my booking had been implemented correctly, that would have been better.

Excellent, much needed getaway

The breakfast was awesome.. Very clean hotel and very comfortable. I really thought check in was super easy and staff was always cheerful and engaging.

Senior tourist

The hallway leading to our room smelled very MUSTY. When we went to take a shower in the morning, we only had one small Towel to share for two of us. Also there was no Bath Mat to dry on. Very cheaply furnished for supplies. When I brought this to the Manager's attention when we were leaving, she was quite defensive. She finally offered a $20.00 refund which I have yet to see. Would not recommend staying there to anyone.

20% off at a local perkins. And wifi is excellent.

The bed was super comfy. Wifi was excellent. Also got 20% off at a local Perkins. Awesome bonus! The water pressure for the shower was also awesome. Perfect for a one-night stopover. Would recommend it again.

My only complaint is the shower curtain was too short in the bathroom and water got all over the bathroom floor. One inch longer would have made all the difference.

Clean, quiet, comfortable / no frills but a safe and restful respite when traveling long distances.

There is no breakfast but guests received a 20% discount at a local Perkins.

There wasn’t much charm - but it was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Ok - coffee station in lobby was unattractive & coffee smelled burnt. Upgrade to a better coffee system or get rid

Clean & friendly staff

Had to ask for a bar of soap, ice bucket, & cup for water. Was told Corporate was trying to cut costs by not furnishing this items. Was given all 3 items by desk clerk. Will chose a different place to stay next time due to this.

It was ok.

It was quiet

Brought a dog, they put us on second floor. No coffee or water at reception desk. No breakfast. Weird decor in lobby. Overpriced compared to other nicer hotels for less.
