Everything was clean and the hotel is close to the city center.

It was small but that was totally fine for the price.

The hotel is located near the main train station. in addition, McDonald's and EDEKA supermarket are located near the Hotel.

I arrived in Hotel with my family at midnight. When we entered the room, it was terrible because the room was not clean. The cover of the bed, pillows, and blankets was not changed, the bin was not empty, and the room was not clean. It was not possible to use pillows and blankets. Tomorrow morning we asked the reception to clean our room. When we arrived in the evening, unfortunately, the cover of the pillows and blankets was not changed again. There was no good management in the Hotel.

It was just one night so it was good

Location near to bahnhof and citycentre especially close to Ulm Minster and the busstop was very close where often bus or tram are available to the university

I would prefer to have stable and fast heating system.

As usual good value for the money.

I can understand that every hotel has to renovate once in a while. This should be communicated to the guests. Also, sections where painting and carpeting is being done should not be rented out. the smells caused by the work were unacceptable. I hope this issue will be considered by Ibis in the future.

Rooms super basic, house cleaning trying to enter room at 8.30am 🙄

Walking distance to the train and tram stations.

No ventilation in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast counter was organized poorly and the food was topped up very slow.

Location was good and value for money was good. It was a small room but cozy and clean. Since its a budget hotel, I did not expect much from the staff.

Late arrival would have been problematic. You need to call to get a code. Lucky I was not that late.

Airconditioning is noisy, but open the window is also not a good choice caz of busy straat .
