Se portaron muy bien en todo momento. Sin duda un hotel céntrico y cómodo en el que disfrutar de Sevilla. Me gustaría agradecerles el upgrade que nos hicieron.

Well located in the old town. A nice old building well renovated. Lots of public space. Well maintained.

It was great but lacked some details. Bathroom was big but no towel rail. Kitchen area had no light above it so you had to floodlight the whole living room to make a cuppa.

Limpieza, comodidad, amplitud. Estaba muy bien equipado. Está bien aislado, es muy silencioso. Decoración excelente. Está muy cerca pero no en pleno centro, por lo que no tiene ni ruidos ni molestias del barullo.

Es algo mínimo y anecdótico pero no tenían pilas las luces de las mesitas del dormitorio y al final a mí también se me olvidó decirlo en recepción.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Apartment (Moderno) in guter Lage. Sehr bequemes Bett. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und bieten einen tollen Rundumservice. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Todo!.Los apartamentos están cuidados al más mínimo detalle. El espacio está súper bien aprovechado. Las camas son super cómodas y a pesar de estar muy céntrico no hay ruido. Viajamos en familia con un bebé y nos proporcionaron todo lo necesario. Nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil y cómoda. Muchas gracias! Seguro que repetiremos

El personal muy amable , Irene y Carlos son excelentes anfitriones. Muy central, con excelente ambiente a su rededor.

The location of the apartment was superb and the apartment itself was large and very well equipped. The seats on the outside terrace were a nice bonus. The staff were excellent with their communication, being both prompt and helpful. All in all, a great place from which to explore Seville.

Amazing decorative details, makes this en-suite apartment feel a luxurious stay, but very comfortable at the same time

Kitchen facilities were very limited, with very limited options for cooking a meal. That suited us though, as we didn’t plan doing any serious cooking at all. The basics allows to cook an emergency omelette, let’s say. We had an improvised wonderful tapas dinner in the patio

The apartment was great as well as the house itself. We got free upgrade. Special thanks to Carlos, the best host ever, gave us all the information we needed about Sevilla, extremely kind and helpful guy.

It's clean, has good facilities, is comfortable, has good air conditioning but most importantly has Irene as a fantastic host - she is most helpful and attentive. Thanks Irene!

the location was perfect. It was near to the all attractions but still peaceful.

Literally nothing..

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Irene recommended where to eat and what to do. Irene spent 20 minutes talking us through where to go. I can't thank her enough for her help! We arrived late so used the key pad to check in and Irene's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is clean and comfortable with 2 great Aircon units. It's very close to all the sites, a great central location.

Our apartment was facing the road so it could be little noisy when cars drove down the cobbles. I think some of the apartments face inwards so may be quieter.

Very clean but most of all the staff were very helpful, welcome and accommodating especially Beatriz who walked us a good distance to our airport taxi (due to Holy Week road closures)

A great friendly welcome by Irene and Luisa, explaining the apartment and local sites. The entrance, hallway and shared areas are very classy, and the room was stylish. The keyless entry system was a great bonus - it made life so much simpler. I liked our five little balconies looking over the street. Everything was clean and well maintained. I like this area of Seville, only a short walk from Las Setas (great for restaurants). It is also just around the corner from Las Duenas palace, which you would never know about unless you went left and left again.....literally a 15 second walk to one of our favourite places in Seville. We were delighted to find out that the name of the place means "the hiding place of Maria", because this is a house where Dona Maria Colonel hid from the king a few hundred years ago. She later founded the convent down the street, from where you can buy cakes without seeing the nuns.

If I had to think of one thing: It would be good to have a small dining table / breakfast bar with chairs, as the only place to sit to eat is on the sofa.

Wonderful property with fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could have been. We can’t wait to return in future!

If you want to stay in a quiet old town neighborhood that is not right in the middle of all the thousands of tourist I recommend this apartment. There are good restaurants/tapas bars/food markets close by and the major sights are 10 to 20 minutes (walking) away. The train station is a 20 minute walk. The staff (on site during the day) are friendly and very accommodating. They had very good recommendations on what to see and where to eat. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to the deluxe apartment on the top floor. The apartment was beautiful and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an interior outside balcony. We looked at some of the other units and they also appeared to be exceptional. Our 5 night stay in this apartment made our time in Seville complete. The complex has an elevator and is in a nice part of town.

If you have a car parking on the street or in a garage can take a little effort.

This place was awesome!! Super friendly and helpful staff. Close to many sights and restaurants everywhere.
