If you like vintage, this hotel is your thing

The breakfast was good and extensive, lots of homemade goodies, and the staff at breakfast is super friendly (if you want an egg it’s 3 euro extra though). The garden was beautiful and relaxing. The location is good, very close to the beach and the old town. The owner gave us a free ride to the train station, that was really nice. Free water.

The beds are terrible: hard mattresses and covered with plastic under the sheet. We slept terrible and woke up with aching backs. The airconditioning is switched off during the day and at night. Very noisy room, we could even hear the neighbors do their thing in the toilet. The bathroom is super small, I could not even turn in the shower. Maybe if you get a room with balcony it’s better.. The room is very dated: ‘50 shades of brown’. It’s like going back in time 50 years.

Very nice stay if you want to be close to the beach and the centro storico of Varazze

I really liked this friendly family hotel. All the people working here were so friendly. When I arrived, I got to choose among 2 different rooms, which one I liked the most. A little bit later check out was also no problem.

We would visit again.

Super nice and friendly staff. Family atmosphere, we felt like at home. Breakfast was very delicious and plentyfull. Rooms all perfect. Beach very close.

Shocking

The breakfast was very nice and a good selection of homemade cakes, jams etc

We chose the option to have two single beds however apparently we made the booking too late (15:00) to have our beds separated as the cleaners have already cleaned and arranged the rooms so was not possible to have two single beds even though we were given the option for this when we made the booking. When checking in, the receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest, considering we had booked two single beds. She offered us another room which was 50% more expensive or we cancel our booking and lose the entire cost of the room. She was very unaccommodating and told us to be quiet as we were trying to explain this is not our fault and that the booking shouldn’t allow us to chose two single beds if it was too late to make a room with two single beds. Also, she offered us parking for an additional €10 however when we checked out and paid it was €15 but by this point we were happy to leave. On the other hand, the breakfast was lovely and the other staff member serving was very nice and accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel as the first receptionist was rude and the customer service she provided was atrocious.

Nice and clean place with amazing staff and good food

Amazing and welcoming staff - they took care of all our needs Great location, very clean facility, beautiful yard Variety of options for breakfast (included in price) and also possibility to have really nice lunches and dinners at the property for reasonable prices

excellent hotel

comfortable and clean hotel, close to the beach, beautiful garden, very friendly staff. Perfect breakfast and the home cooked dinners are excellent (best melanzana we ever had!)

Excellent. Definitely a

I travelled with my wife and my child and we all have enjoyed very much the hotel. Very friendly owner and staff, outstanding cleaness and spaciousness of the room and excellent beeakfast, with many home- made stuff, such as the yoghurt and the jam. There is also a relaxing garden with lemon trees and..two lovely dogs!!

Clean rooms

AC was only working from 7pm to 7am...so with 30 degree outside temperatures we had no AC during the day. Breakfast was also very poor in variety.
