The hotel was excellent, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and are a real credit to Ca’n Pere. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and very clean. We stayed as we were competing in the Ironman 70.3 and they helped with our stay throughout. If I am ever back in Alcudia I will definitely stay here again…..👍

lovely room but we couldnt find an english news channel which was disappointing
the hotel wasn't doing lunch or dinner until 1/4/23 we arrived on 28/3/23 and weren't informed that the restaurant wasn't open which was disappointing as we had eaten at the hotel in previous years

The staff at breakfast were super nice and especially the young lady who acted also as receptionist
We had received a message asking for the time of arrival, and this included 7-8am, which was our case (the ferry from Barcelona arrives at 5.30am). We did not expect to check in that early, but we thought we could at least leave the luggage. We tried to call repeatedly from 7.30 onwards and nobody
picked up the phone. We managed to find somebody only after 8.30. Two hours later someone (the owner?) finally called back, trying to convince us that they knew nothing about the message asking for our arrival time and almost asking us to apologise..no comment. Be advised that if you decide to go this hotel you must be prepared that apart from breakfast time you will see nobody.

hotel was effectively closed. we just had a key for front door and fended for ourselves. no kettle in room so forced to drink wine!!

Loved the decor and the old world charm.
I would have given a perfect 10 for this place but for the absence of a reception. If I could give 15 for everything other than the reception I would. It is picture perfect, extremely clean and gives you a feeling of luxury and old style when you arrive. The cobblestone streets and nearby square will only enhance your stay in this amazing hidden gem. We got two rooms in the attic and they were cool and very comfortable. Enjoy with confidence.

Excellent location in the middle of Old Alcdia Town. Free parking available outside the walls.
The room was large, clean and stylish with a lovely little balcony over looking the restaurant courtyard.
The air con was effective quick was nice! Still very hot in the middle of September!

The location is simply fantastic! Right in the middle of the old town, not too far from the free parking park.
The WiFi didn’t work for the whole time I was there. In my bedroom I couldn’t even connect and downstairs the connection was established but without internet connection. But that didn’t bother me much, as my goal was to explore the town.

The room was amazing
Loved the hotel and would definitely stay again. Unfortunately the restaurant was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had, extremely bland meals that should have been much better

Very central location in the attractive old town. Room was spacious and nicely designed. Staff were friendly.
Don’t arrive between 5 and 6pm - the hotel is closed! Even if you call the number stated on the door (as it suggests if you arrive at this time) a man just tells you to come back at 6pm when it will be open! No parking nearby; I parked in a public car park (free) outside the city walls a 6 or 7 minute walk away.

Very beautiful small hotel in a historical building! Friendly staff, delicious coffee and breakfast. Señora from the reception was waiting for me there when I arrived to Alcudia. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Cosy bathroom. Beautiful terracito. There was few dust in the corners and under the bed but the rest was clean. The room is a bit dark, but it didn’t disturb me. It was a very special stay, I felt a bit like a princess in a castle!

Comfy bed.quiet,was not disturbed by other guests but this may be less the case in normal times (non Covid).
In the center so convenient for many things
I would have preferred a door that closes off the other side completely, this door was more of a door suitable for inside a private house .
