Location, location, and location! If you want to enjoy the Amalfi coast, to live next to the beach and the downtown, but be away from the hustle of bigger towns/cities, that's the perfect place. Spacious, comfortable accommodation with everything that you might need during your trip.

The owner was quite rude upon our arrival. He gives you only 4 hours window to check in, from 3 to 7 pm, and if you do show up later, he'll charge you extra money. That's what happened with us. We informed him that we'll arrive from 6.30 to 7.00 pm, but got stuck in the traffic jam. At 6.30 I sent him a message with apologies that we'll be 17 minutes late. Arrived at 7.20, he behaved irritated and like he is giving us the favor for letting us stay in his accommodation. Charged us an extra 20 euro for being late. There were three of us, all adults. On Booking, it stated that the apartment has 3 bedrooms, and we booked this place, planning that each of us will have a separate bedroom. He showed us two bedrooms saying: "That's enough for you, right?" When I answered that you climed to have 3 bedrooms, he showed another tiny room with a small sofa that you definitely can't call "the bedroom" and again wasn't happy that he had to provide us an extra linen set. Then he started telling us that if if we break anything, we'll have to pay. So after such a welcoming, all we wanted was to leave the place and never come back...

Location is great. Open the French window and the narrow balcony overlooks the sea. Outside the building is the bus stop, about 100 yards up the road is the ferry stop. The bar on the ground floor of the building serves nice breakfast, go early if you want to taste the cornetto al limone. Oh, and the air conditioning in the flat was fab, a real life saver!

Don't go in July or August, the crowds are maddening, the heat unbearable at times.

Spacious apartment with a fantastic location overlooking the seafront.

We thought it would be impossible to find an affordable, spacious and centrally located apartment along the amalfi coast that would also be suitable for families. However La Ricassa met all our wishes. The apartment is clean and very spacious. The location is perfect, the beach is right across the street, as is the convenient boat connection to the other towns along the coast. The private parking is also very handy. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This apartment is the most perfect location to stay - it is clean, has a most amazing view of the sea and is situated right in the heart of Minori. It has all amenities you could need for a holiday. Franco, the caretaker is very helpful and all communications with the host, Valeria were instant. Fully recommend.

Good place, nice town, good position if you dont mind some steps up. Reliable host, beautiful flat, nice sea view, AC silent and working, spacy flat.

First words of the host "if you come late, i'll charge you extra fine" - 2 hours before end of check in. Extra parking fee, together with local tax 50 EUR cash for 2 nights and 5 people. No tea in the kitchen.
