Great staff, food and accommodation. There’s also parking nearby.
Everything was very good

Room (7/10): Room was sufficient to sleep in with 4 adults. The bathroom was very small but doable.
Facilities (8/10): There is a storage for ski's and there is shared living room with plenty of space and facilities. Actually very nice.
Breakfast (9/10): Breakfast was very good with warm bread, coffee and freshly baked eggs.
Service (10/10): Communication and reception by Mirjam was very good. Dutch speaking so very convenient for us too. She also helped out a lot with tips on restaurants and skiing.
Location (6/10): When ski slopes of Altastenberg are open then the location would be 8 or 9 out of 10. When we went there Altastenberg was closed and the skibus was not going to Winterberg. Therefore we needed to go by car and/or taxi to Winterberg. Its not too far (3-4 km) so its not that expensive (12-16 euro) but not great either.

Very nice location with exceptionally friendly personnel! Mirjam and Martijn were very welcoming and did their best to accomodate us. Fully recommend a stay here!
