It is my second time to stay at Promenade Inn during my holiday in Bosnia and Herzegovina before flying back home. I was happy from my first stay and also I am happy during my second stay. Again thank you Alma for welcoming me back at Promenade Inn.

It wasmy first time to be to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and my first stay was at Promenade Inn by ZETTA. This will not be the last time I will be staying at the same hotel when going back to visit Sarajevo in the future and would recommend my friends to stay at Promenade Inn if they decided to visit Sarajevo. The staff at the property are very nice, welcoming and supportive for tourists and their rooms are spotless and clean. Furthermore, the hotel location is in the city centre and nearby the old town where all the major tourist locations are located. Thank you you Alma for your help and I would definitely go back to stay at Promenade Inn when I visit Sarajevo again in the future.

The room is hot during winter time and the water is the same. I was happy with this.

During weekend there is a lot of noise, music from the bars nearby. There is also a church that has a bell and it is quite annoying that you can randomly hear it at night. No scheduled hours for it, but just random, or at least it felt like that. It is not so good if you are a light sleeper.

We asked for water they showed us bathroom’s faucet. there wasn’t sleepers in the room when we asked about it too they said that they didn’t have. there were hairs in the bed it wasn’t totally clean

Location is very central to the old town, easy access to the building. Well maintained room.

The church right next to the hotel will wake you up in the mornings, so it is a good idea to bring some ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

Very comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well on this hot day. Also the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Finally it's a perfect location.

Fantastic location, smack bang in the middle of old Sarajevo, overlooking the fabulous cathedral and surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants. Stunning, huge room with massive bed combination, sofa, table and chairs and a huge bathroom with spacious shower cubicle. Very friendly staff, the owner spoke exceptional English. Fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers provided.

In room safes were temperamental, one didn't work resulting in a room change, other locked itself out and needed to be opened with the key. Advertised free breakfast on my deal wasn't free. There is no dining area/kitchen in the apartments and guests are given a voucher to use at a local café (which was lovely). This voucher entities you to choose from a selection of breakfast meal deals (excellent quality, but mu st he paid for at around 10-15 marks). The owner (or nominated person) is only there to meet arriving/departing guests so I was unable to leave my bags and collect later after I'd checked out. Beds were a bit too hard for my personal taste but that's only my opinion. Try for yourself...

The location and the service was outstanding. Surely will come back.

The BEST location right outside the main church (though the bells are quite loud). Super clean and modern.

Had to pay in cash, which was not clear before we checked in. We had to go out to an ATM and pay extra fees because they were waiting for us and we didn’t have time to research which bank had the best rates.
