Big spacious apartment. 2 bathrooms, big kitchen/livingroom. Good with linnen, towels and cleaning service included. It was easy to find a public parking space in front of the apartment. Several grocery shopping places nearby. Tried the restaurant Dufka close by - can recommend it. The asian close to Lidl is average. Friendly service via Whatsapp from the owner

Only small annoyance was that there were to few knives in the kitchen drawer. The backyard looks awfull. A couple of Polish men were drinking beers in the shed. But who can blame them, it was hot, so maybe I should have joined them for a beer!

Heidelberg is a small town, therefore finding accommodation for 7 persons, was very challenging. This apartment was amazing - 3 separate bedrooms and a normal sofa bed in the living room. Apartment located on a quiet street. Bedrooms had wardrobe, table, mirror, two beds. In the living room TV where we all watched ice-hockey and big table to have breakfast or other meals during our stay. Free wi-fi. Hosts where very welcoming and friendly, responded quickly to all messages. There was a problem with the air-conditioner, they found a mechanic and fixed already on the next day. Large bathroom. We even tried the washing machine. Iron and ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, dish washer, even with tea/coffee and most popular spices. Although apartment was a bit far from city center, it was easy to get there by tram, that runs every 10-15 minutes. Great, great, great place to stay! Thank you Julia and Christoph!

Compared to how good the apartment was, these things weren't significat - it's a place for an improvement. All bedrooms had two separate beds, even if beds were pushed together, there was a big gap between the mattresses. Iron was burned.

LOVED THE SPACE. Loved the rooms and confort. ROOMS AND BATHROOMS ARE BIG AND GREAT. VERY STYLISH. Modern access with code, wifi, all dos and donts. Very very good for groups. Kitchen utensils and everything available. OUTSTANDING STAFF. We travelled from Brazil, with 2 babies, my wife and I and my mother. It was perfect.

Strict 11:00am checkout time. Should have late checkout and/or, able to keep bags there for a few hours.

cleanliness and big apartment perfect for families.

2 things which i didnt like at all First, when i was out with my family and one of the owners entered the house without informing us. when i suspected and called to make sure first she denied and said no one entered the house when i told her if i lose anything in the house she will be responsible than she accepted and said that the other owner came to switch of the AC and close the windows. Second, almost 20 mins after the checkout the landlord called and blamed that we took 10 towels with us :/ like seriously who will take towels with them not 1 but 10 towels which is worth nothing. later when he found the towel he apologized but thats when its too late and you loose the respect and your customers. but overall apart from this. our stay was perfect the apartment was just like in the pictures clean and huge.
