The property was advertised as being beachfront, but it was actually about a block away.

I loved everything about the property from the ambience to the staff. It was owned by a couple and their hospitality was incredible. We stayed for one night and I loved everything about that place. It was close to the sea which was lovely. I have no doubts that I will be going back again. It became my favourite spot.

The Restaurant was closed (for the whole season) and we only found it out once there (with a child, I was relying on having a restaurant at the hotel and chose the hotel for this reason too). Pay for bottle of water at breakfast, when (multiple) single glasses were included. Car park not easy to access and few minutes walk from the hotel. Bathroom & shover need renovation.

The stuff was very kind and friendly. The position is quite good.

In the single room the bed was really narrow and in the middle of the room. Not very comfortable sleep. No riffrigorator and hairdryer.

We were quite surprised by the new accomodation opportunity in SF-Circeo.. And the Hotel was absolutely correspond to all requirements- the well equipped rooms, the walking distance to the gold sand beach, friendly staff with the swift check in/out.. So, great thanks for our pleasant tour to this place...:) looking forward to be there soon..

At least a small refrigirator could be a good adding during the summer season..

Everything. The ubication Is awesome. The personal great. The room very comfortable and clean.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Very nice, cosy and clean Hotel. The personal Is really nice, kind and helpful. The breakfast Is great. I'll reapeat and recommend.
