En general la estancia fue agradable, pero al comparar con otros hoteles de la misma línea, están un poco diferente, pero siempre muy bien.
La puerta del baño en la habitación. No aseguraba y el estilo algo muy diferente a lo “normal”.

Un ottimo albergo con personale cortese e disponibile. Le stanze belle grandi e confortevoli. Forse da una struttura Hilton ci si aspetta le pulizie giornaliere e non ogni 2/3 giorni, ma questo personalmente non ha rovinato il soggiorno e neanche la valutazione dell hotel che per me rimane un struttura ottima se si vuole soggiornare in zona. La colazione anche è discreta, forse ma solo considerazione personale un po' di affettato non avrebbe guastato.

We really loved the rooms. We had a full fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher. I was so pleased with the room for the cost. It was so close to Gillette and made the stay perfect.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, got pancakes, bagels, grilled bread with an assortment of different spreads, very good coffee, freely available 24/7 in the lobby. Plenty of parking, very next to the hotel entrance. Good location between Providence and Boston, very good value for money.
I had some difficulties with my pre-paid reservation, I arrived at night and had to accept to be charged again on my credit card, because the employee had some issues with the computer system. In the morning, a more experienced employee made the necessary and cancelled my charges. This is the only reason I didn't give the perfect notation.

Conveniently located south of Boston on our way to Rhode Island.
The night started out with no towels for the swim area. We had to use towels from our room. We only had 3 of these, which left us only one clean towel to shower with. The staff said they had no more clean towels to give out.
We finally got all of our kids to bed at 10pm, only to be awoken at 1:30am by loud stomping and shouting in the room above us. We called the front desk, they said they would take care of it. 30 minutes later and the noise had only gotten louder. My husband went down to the front desk and they said they would warn the room making noise, but there was not much else to do about it. The noise went on until 3am. Our kids woke up to it being so loud. The gentleman working the front desk in the morning did refund us, but it was the most miserable night of our history of staying in hotels.
