Definitely in the top 3 stays in my life and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and I am very well traveled.

My future wife and I are so happy we decided to visit to the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa in Iadera. It was definitely one of our best trips ever if not the best! The property itself has absolutely beautiful landscaping with several pools and multiple dining options with well prepared dishes for all times of the day and evening. The breakfast is an absolute must you not miss it because it is without a doubt one of the best selections of many great breakfast dishes. The entire facility is very well kept and very clean. Every hotel department including the restaurants, front desk, bellman, housekeeping, spa and the management are so friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. We will never forget this trip and when we are in Zadar we will always stay at the Falkensteiner Resort & Spa. You other half will be so pleased with your selection of the property and will probably share this with you daily. This property is an absolute Gem and the entire staff in all departments make it shine like a perfectly cut diamond that your wife or girlfriend will cherish forever. They always say a diamond is a girls best friend and diamonds are forever, well I can assure you the Faukensteiner Resort & Spa will be too. For access to the property’s amazing amenities every price I have seen online is an incredible value. You will be extremely happy you made the choice to stay at this property I promise you! Perfect for summer holiday.

Excellent landscape, seaside, pools. Fantastic gastronomy, reach wine selection.

According to my wife, the hair dryer wasnt strong enough😁.

The staff was not very friendly. No vegan options for breakfast. You have to ask for it and depending on the staff they might like to do it or not.

Perfect with a little bad taste about massage and sauna after 3 pm

Everything was perfect except SPA services; massage was totally unprofessional and shameful for Iadera category. A lot of saunas were working only after 3 p.m.. I am not used of such non professionalism from your hotel. I hope you will fix this stuff in the near future. It’s a pity that such small, but very important items, are ruining excellent reputation of Iadera.

not sure I’d go back. this was my third time staying here so it was very disappointing compared to my previous stays.

the views and setting are beautiful.

The property has really got me with the wellness area. There is a spacious area with a hammam including a bath overlooking the sky through the cilinder in the ceiling and relaxation part of the spa with large beds covered with red silk curtains. Over 5 saunas will satisfy everyone’s expectations. You can also reserve a few types of massages and go into solarium if interested. I was impressed with a large finnish sauna separated by the outer area with cold pool. You can easily go into the sea after using sauna because it is situated literally on the beach, few steps away.

Our room with the side sea view was really untidy. By entering, we immediately saw dirty curtains separating the bathroom out of the bedroom with a drops of old blood, chocolate and other things. Black-out curtains on the windows where full of holes made up with the cigarettes. Dirt on the bathtub floor made us complain to the receptionist and kindly ask for a room change. Additionally we heard that the hotel is going to be completely cleaned up due to end of the season, but that is not yet the reason you should give a room in a suchlike state.
