I like the placement of the hotel, good view and great design
I did not like the service at all, bad services. We checked in at 4:30 pm and the room was very dirty and there were leftover food from the customer who was before us. And we called the reseption, we were waiting for half hour to clean our room.
The hotel is nice but they need a good management.

the view was great, looking at it all it seemed like a beautiful place to stay
the room smelled of drains, the window banged in the wind, the staff were unhelpful, on check in it seemed like our presence was an inconvenience, we weren’t told anything about the hotel, what time the restaurants were open, for the money I paid it was extremely poor

From the staff to the rooms TO even the food! I give the customer service a 10/10. They really accommodate my husband and I fully. We enjoyed our stay and we will continue to recommend this place to all of our friends.

The view is good
Where to start, the staff are incredibly bad. Every interaction with them was frustrating. We tried to order a taxi to a near by hotel for dinner and they told us to walk 2km down a dark, steep road because there was no taxi. I complained and suddenly there was a taxi. This was just one of multiple Interactions that I didn't understand. The hot tub was broken, we needed to ask multiple times for the air conditioner remote, we had to go get a hairdryer, the staff didn't clean the room once in 4 days, we ran out of toilet paper and they could only find napkins. Just don't stay here, the service will drive you crazy and the price they charge is incredibly high considering how bad the place is run. Looks beautiful but that doesn't make up the lack of service

I wouldn’t ask for a better stay, great location with a nice view to the ocean. The rooms are stylish and very clean. All the stuff have been super professional and friendly making it a pleasant stay from start to beginning I will sure come back more often.

The view was amazing, the beds are comfy, rooms clean ...location is super nice. I would only advise to get the pool view, city view is alright but you won't get the full experience.
But, the staff are kind of lazy, we didn't have amenities in our room (no towels, no shower gel and shampoos...) and we've requested them as soon as we checked in. We had to resuest them 7 times before they brought us those things at 11pm

Beautiful location. The car could be parked inside the hotel's own parking. There were not many customers and it wasnt very crowded.
We stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms, 3 adults and 1 kid. We had to request for enough towels every day, they gave only one big per room. The breakfast always had shortage of spoons and napkins, even we were usually among the first ones arriving for breakfast....
We booked for 2 massages, at 6 and 7 pm...to relax at the end of the day. There was a delay, they asked us to wait a little...after 45 min wait for the first massage we were only offer a bad apology at reception "it is not my fault", not even an alternative suggestion for us. We just had to cancel both massage. This just made us feel like other customers were more relevant to them and us being unsatisfied did not matter.

The entrance to the hotel and the view from the room were breathtaking! One would stay here for the view and the ambience. the architecture of the hotel was really beautiful including the spa area. the breakfast was good and we enjoyed that the view from the dining area was just as beautiful.
We stayed for one night in February. Unfortunately, the heater in our room did not work. We had to request 4 different times for the heater to be fixed and we were eventually moved to a different room; however, we were not offered a room update or anything else. Upon arrival, we had asked to book massages and were assured that there were open slots for us. A staff member even showed us the spa and recommended a hammam. However, we weren't quite set on a time. 30 minutes later, we called the front desk to schedule a massage and a hammam but they told us that they were booked full for the night. This was really discouraging. Dinner was rather cold even though we were the only ones dining. I was excited to eat here considering it is advertised as "healthy food". But I found it overpriced and was turned off by the "cafe" style menu with no distinct "healthy" options that looked any different than a cafe on the street.

The hotel’s architecture is nice, the view is beautiful and the swimming pool as well.
The staff didn’t feel very friendly and didn’t wear masks. The breakfast, even though it was graciously offered for free, is 120 dhs and its content doesn’t justify the price. The food was okay. The overall atmosphere was strange, religious quotes are plastered all over the hotel. The price is also too expansive for the quality we get.
