Séjour agréable.

Très bien situé à proximité du bord du lac et du centre ville. Petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel très propre. La proximité de la voie ferrée n’est absolument pas dérangeante.

Le double vitrage au fenêtre (question environnementale).

Good location within walking distance to the centre. Free car parking. Good selection for breakfast. Family ran with friendly service except the older owner at the reception he never smiled and greeted at.you..

No lift going up to the top floor for elderly people .Hot at night only has a small fan provided.

Clean room with breakfast at brilliant location

Super location, just a few steps from the train station. Well maintained, clean rooms - especially bathroom was really nice. Compact room with nice little balcony, basic tablefan for cooling. Good breakfast. Would definitely come again.

Ok room for the price in the location.

Oldish, needs refresh. Shower water didn't drain. The step between the room and bathroom a bit awkward. The bed cover not so clean.

Brilliant. Highly recommend. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The service was fantastic. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast was excellent and we had dinner there also. Very reasonably priced. I would love to return there in the future.

Room was fine for the value. Beautiful building not far from the old center and the lake. The young receptionist in the morning was very friendly and allowed us to extend checkout by about 45 minutes to let me friend shower. There is a great pizzeria down the block. That was amazing food.

The room was small but it was completely appropriate for the price. No elevator so keep that in mind if you're on an upper floor. The older receptionist / owner were not the most engaging people but she was fine - just don't expect American friendliness. Only odd thing was when I asked for a dinner reservation in town, she said she didn't know any (I think she wanted me to eat in the hotel restaurant but I wanted to go into town).

Ideal place for visiting

Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Location was good. Free Parking in front of hotel. Within 10 mins walking distance from ferry terminal and city centre. Would definitely return

just the location

we didn't feel welcome. the owner was rude with us. the room was small and dump. I went there with my partner and my 3 old months babe and we left the room in the night because It didn't feel OK for my babe to sleep in a very dump room where the bed sheet very wet and felt very cold. I raised the situation to the owner and he didn't do anything to help and even though we left he didn't apply any discount or say any apologies. I will never go back.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Villa Mon Toc.

The property is a short stroll from the lakeside. it’s also walking distance to the old town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. We had a lovely friendly welcome from the owner who provided us with covered parking for our motorbikes For a two star hotel I was very pleased with my room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated to a good standard. Breakfast was good There was a nice area outside with tables and chairs to sit and relax

The only issue I had with the property was that the full length mirror on the inside of the wardrobe door was not accessible. There was a bedside cabinet next to the wardrobe which meant you couldn’t open that wardrobe door far enough to actually look in the mirror.

Nice staff, renovated bathroom.

Very small and very hot room, not even a fan - not recommendable for summer. No fruit for breakfast. Garden is used as a parking lot.

Comfy room, modern bathroom, good location close to station and small walk to town. It was a little noisy from other guests

I knew when booking there was no air con but didn’t know how much I’d miss it. Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling well the afternoon of my arrival so spent more time in the room than planned, it got all the afternoon sun so boiling hot. Even having a portable fan would have been better than nothing

Excellent value for money. I would go there again.

Very close to the railway station, about 5 minutes or less by foot. Thus very convenient location for travelers without car. I was on the top floor, facing the lake, very good view... not full view lake due to some buildings but quite nice. Great staff, very friendly. They let me store the bike and luggage even after check-out since i did a short trip to Milano and back.

Noisy vent in the bathroom... needs lubrification or proper alignment.... No fresh fruits on the breakfast table, yet the breakfast in general was plenty of food. There is nothing really negative to say about the place
