Located in Biarritz, this lovely condo for £153 per night is a great choice for your next break. The apartment of 70 m2 is located in a very quiet residence in Biarritz, walking distance to the many shops of the St Charles district, the central beach (reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes), department stores and bars and restaurants. The apartment of 70m2 completely renovated, is very bright and has an entrance, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with window, a separate toilet with window, a bedroom with double bed 160 and closet; a room with choice of 2 single beds (or 1 double bed) and closet. Living room cozy stay very equipped, with Office of Public Prosecutor on the soil, and picture window giving on a big terrace without opposite with view on the roofs of Biarritz and on the lighthouse. The modern kitchen with bay window is very clear. It has high quality household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine (Nespresso shop in Biarritz), coffee maker, kettle, etc ... private parking in residence. An amount of 75 € for end-of-stay cleaning and pressing is to be paid on the day of arrival. The residence is located in a quiet residence in Biarritz, near the shops of St. Charles, and a short walk (10 min walking) from the central beach, stores, bars and restaurants. The 70sqm apartment, completely renovated, is very bright, has a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a window, a bathroom with a double bed, a room with 2 single beds and cupboard. Cozy fully equipped living room with wooden floor, overlooking a large terrace with panoramic views of Biarritz lighthouse. The modern kitchen with bay window is very clear. It has a new household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (a Nespresso shop has opened in Biarritz), kettle, etc .... Private parking in residence. An amount of 75 € for the end-of-stay cleaning and laundry will be paid when the arrival.

Appartement confortable et spacieux
Il s'agit d'un appartement au 2e étage d'un grand immeuble datant probablement des années 60, mais bien soigné. Il y a un parking ce qui est important à Biarritz. Ce n'est pas tout à fait au centre mais à 15 minutes à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé. La gérante a été très aimable et à l'écoute.

Un très bon séjour à Biarritz
Un appartement très propre et lumineux, très bien situé: 15 min à pied de la Grande Plage, le quartier Saint Charles très agréable avec ses commerces juste à côté. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le grand balcon: cela nous a permis de rester dehors le soir (avec le couvre-feu à 18h c'était très sympa!).
La literie est confortable et la cuisine est très pratique.
Enfin, l'accueil de Nickie est parfait. Merci pour ce séjour!

L'appartement est bien situé , spacieux , joliment decoré, , tres bien equipe , avec une jolie terrasse, dont nous avons helas peu profite car il faisait frais.
Et nous avons tres gracieusement accueillies par Nickie .

Ravis de notre séjour . La description dans l'annonce est conforme en tous points . L'appartement est très très bien équipé , et situé dans un quartier très calme et très agréable , pourvu de nombreux commerces . Nickie est une hôte très accueillante et qui est très soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires . Avons hate de revenir !

La propriétaire nous a accueillis avec une très grande gentillesse Et quelques produits locaux très appréciables!
L appartement est totalement conforme aux photos, traversant ce qui est très appréciable l’été. La situation est parfaite car il suffit de laisser la voiture sur le parking pour arpenter la magnifique ville à pieds. Enfin, la terrasse permet de se détendre avec une vue dégagée sur les toits de la ville.
En un mot, je recommande l appartement les yeux fermés!!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est bien équipé, propre à proximité du petit centre du quartier saint Charles et à 20 minutes à pieds du centre de Biarritz. Nous avons tout fait à pieds avec un enfant de 3 ans.

Simply good
We spent 11 days in the apartment in October 2019. The apartment is spacious, cosy and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We missed nothing. A very good bakery, two bus stops and a few bars can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. The beach is 10 minutes away and the center with the market hall is in walking distance as well.
Nickie is a very nice and helpful host. She answered every mail or message within a few minutes whenever we had a question. Checking in and out was uncomplicated and happened in a very friendly atmosphere. She gave us the feeling to be very welcome guests.
We had a very good time and can recommend the apartment without restrictions.

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux et très calme
Exactement la location que nous espérions : accueil très chaleureux par madame Gendre ( cadeau de bienvenue) qui est très disponible et a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos demandes.
Appartement très propre, très calme et tres lumineux, correspondant parfaitement au descriptif. Tres bien équipé : vaisselle et electro ménager, rien ne manquait ! Le grand balcon est très appréciable afin de prendre les repas , très belle vue sur le phare. Très bon emplacement car nous avons tout fait à pied et atout très important pour Biarritz : parking dans la résidence. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons cette location sans hésitation .

Nous avons passé 15 jours sur place.
Appartement soigné, très bien équipé (TV, BOX WIFI, Cuisine avec tous les équipements utiles...) et très confortable.
Très agréable d’avoir le linge de maison fourni ainsi qu’une place de parking dans la résidence.
A proximité du quartier St Charles (5mn à pied), de la Grande Plage (10/12 mn à pied). Emplacement très pratique pour rayonner dans Biarritz à pied.
Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, très disponible.

Adresse idéale pour un city-break à Biarritz
La localisation de l'appartement est idéale : au centre ville de Biarritz, en sortant de la résidence à gauche à 5/7minutes à pieds Boulangerie, Biarritz pizza et commerces ,à droite à moins de 5 minutes un "Petit Casino" ouvert tous les jours et à 10 minutes à pieds tout le centre ville s'ouvre à vous .L'appartement est lumineux et bien agencé , la cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée,il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La literie des chambres est de bonne qualité. C'est un plaisir de prendre le petit-déjeuner le matin sur le balcon ensoleillé.Si on rajoute l'accueil chaleureux de Mr Gendre , la surprise offerte par Mme Gendre et sa disponibilité ,cette location est une adresse que je vous recommande

Appartement fonctionnel
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Biarritz grâce à ce pied à terre proche de petits commerces et à 15 minutes à pied de la mer. Les dimensions de l appartement sont idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Très fonctionnel car il est bien équipé en lave linge, lave vaisselle, frigidaire et vaisselle en tout genre etc. La propriétaire Nickie est accueillante et disponible. Un grand merci.

Fantastic apartment
My husband and I stayed in Nickies apartment for 3 nights. Everything was perfect, plenty of space lovely and bright. It is equipped with everything you need also exceptionally clean.
The location is great every shop you need within an easy walk.

This is a very nice property but the extra touches by the owner really make a difference. She is extremely flexible, easy to deal with and made us feel very welcome with a lovely present. The apartment ticks all the boxes, there wasn't anything missing, plus it is so well positioned you can walk everywhere. There is a great nearby restaurant called Soave, with an equally nice owner there too.

des vacances idéales
Bel appartement tout confort, très propre et très cocooning ; équipement très complet avec beaucoup de vaisselle,- ce qui est rare dans la plupart des locations ; quand il fait beau (la météo n'a malheureusement pas été avec nous cette dernière semaine de Décembre) il doit être très ensoleillé. De plus, la résidence est très calme et la place de parking très appréciée. Quelques 10 ou 15 mn à pied nous séparent du centre et de la plage de Biarritz. Quelques commerces sont également à proximité. Nickie, la propriétaire est une personne très gentille et très agréable ; nous sommes arrivés une heure plus tôt que prévu et après lui avoir téléphoné, elle est arrivée dans le quart d'heure suivant. Elle a pris le temps de nous faire visiter l'appartement et nous a indiqué quelques bonnes adresses de restaurant comme je lui avais demandé. Et en ouvrant le réfrigérateur, elle nous avait laissé une petite surprise qui nous a touché, mais chut c'est en fonction de la saison. En résumé et malgré une météo plutôt capricieuse, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Biarritz avec nos amis et n'hésiterons pas à faire appel de nouveau à Nickie.

Appartement agréable et très bien équipé
Cet appartement est agréable, tout confort, et très bien équipé. Parfait pour une semaine à 4. Il est à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, desservi également par les bus. La propriétaire a été très accommodante malgré un important retard à notre arrivée et nous a accueilli avec le sourire et un gâteau basque : gentillesse et confiance.

Très bonne accueil. Appartement parfaitement équipé et spacieux.Mes fils ont apprécié le réseau wifi. Le balcon permet de prendre un petit café, au calme, sans vis à vis. L'emplacement de parking (indispensable à Biarritz centre) et un plus.Bien que situer au centre , le quartier est très calme. Je vous recommande cet appartement.

Lovely place to stay!
Our family of four really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Nickie's place. Everything was nicely appointed and Nickie was a most gracious hostess. She communicated with me before the trip and welcomed us there right on time. We loved Biarritz and while this apartment is not right on the beach, it offered a quiet place away from the noise. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the beach and we ate at some great places all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to stay!
