We got last room available. double beds and was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept or should I say try to sleep on. the heater was super noisy while it was getting ready to shut down once it reached setting. couldn’t have it on at night. would wake us up. the fridge made terrible noises also. The room to room door was a metal door and enhanced the noise from the next room! Our second night the people were always talking and noisy clear up until about 2am. The lady would go out and smoke about every hour and the door would slam. They had a cat that started meowing at 1 am and woke us up. We didn’t get much sleep for the two nights there.

Nice kitchenette and shower! Larger and more updated than expected. Excellent location.
Curtains, the light from the neighbors shone right in our window. Tub would be nice but the shower was still great.

Window blind falling apart, u can see thru. Heater fan filter falling apart making noise. We removed the filter n it was much better no noise.

It was close to Brickel Creek Coffee shop
Odd hours of staff, never at front desk, no daily cleaning of rooms. Dirty room. Asked to have under bed swept and it never was. Thin walls so we could hear neighbors next door. Always had to ask for fresh towels. Was charged for mop and towels when my daughter got sick. Very disappointing place to stay. Will NOT recommend to anyone!

The overall stay was perfect for us.
The room was not as CLEAN AS IT SHOULD BE. THINGS NEEDS TO ADDRESSED BIG TIME. TV SCREEN WAS DIRTY UNDER BED HAD TRASH AND MOUSE POOP. EVERYTHING WAS DUSTY. HARD TO REACH STAFF TO GET A PLUNGER AND EXTRA TOWELS ETC WHEN THEY ARE NEEDED AND FOUR HOURS LATER.
HUMANS ARE DIRTY AND EVERYTHING IN A ROOM MUST BE CLEAN BETWEEN EACH AND EVERY SINGLE GUESTS.
I WANT TO COME BACK AND STAY BUT I APPRECIATE IT IF IT WAS CLEANER!

It was a bed to sleep in. The bathroom and shower were nice.
The bed was not super comfortable. The WiFi SUCKED. Wouldn't stay connected. The remote to our TV wasn't connected to the TV so to turn on/off or vol up/down we had to stand on a chair and do it by hand. There isn't anyone in the office 24/7 and it's not convenient to call their cell and wait for them to show up.

The location was good and it was clean and updated. The direct TV was nice to have too.
The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Adding a good mattress topper and getting better pillows may help.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moose Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. What more could you ask for! We loved the location and restaurants and coffee shop were close and good.
Could hear your neighbor in the cabin Nextdoor. The WiFi keep cutting out, not strong enough.
