Bellano was a good base to explore Lake Como. The kitchen had all the equipment needed, if salt and pepper were provided it would be better. The bed was comfortable and having a washing machine was good.

The apartment was described as having a courtyard view. The view is of the restaurant courtyard which is dirty full of rubbish and where the kitchen staff smoke. The private bathroom was off the entrance corridor of the two apartments and needs maintenance ie toilet is not fixed to the floor and bidet has just hot water.

The place was very clean and you had all the facilities that you need. It was in the center with 5 restaurants very close by. The people where very nice and kind to help us in any matter with great ospitality.

Exelent location in the old town and on the lake side. The apartment is very spacious. Pick-up from the train station was a great welcome!

Toilet is reached through a communal hallway. Kitchen supplies are somewhat limited, athough all basics are there

I liked everything!

The location is perfect. It is right in the centre of Bellano. Across the street u can get a ferry to lots of other towns on the lake. Bed very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

only problem was no air conditioning. There was a large fan supplied which was ok for us and temp was very hot in the high 30’s when we were there

really cute and big apartment for a really good price. We loved the balcony with a view to the lake and the owners are really friendly. We even got a bottle of wine and some snacks as a welcome gift.

The only thing that wasn’t that nice is that there weren’t any basic groceries like salt and pepper and oil. We had to buy a whole new package for five days which seemed a little unnecessary. But it was okay for us :)

The host was superb and responsive to questions. The apartment had everything we needed for a week's stay. The train station is a 15 minute walk to the property, making it convenient traveling from Milan, and in less than 5 minutes you can be at the dock for water transportation around Lake Como. Excellent restaurants in Bellano. The ambience was laid-back while we were there in September.

We liked everything about our stay, but a word of caution. To access the apartment you must go up several short flights of stairs, which could be a challenge for guests with knee or hip issues. Also, the same applies to the bathtub/shower.
