Esta ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del mar. Esta bien equipado. Y es muy comodo. Y completo.

Les photos présentées datent de très longtemps... La soit-disant deuxième chambre est un lieu sombre sans fenêtre et la literie sent le renfermé. Invasion de moustiques tigres dès le premier soir, impossible de profiter de la cour. Extérieurs très mal entretenus, machine à laver tellement sale que je n'ai pas osé y mettre du linge. Pas loin du chemin de fer. Entourée de chaque côté par de proches habitations. Quelle déception.

Great location - only 10 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. Also similar distance to the lovely Old Town. In a quiet residential area. Close to shops for groceries. The apartment is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and sofa. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. Good shower. The owner let us check out earlier than the normal check out time (we had a train to catch) so that was accommodating of him.

A kettle would have been nice as it takes ages to boil water in a pan. Also more towels would have been useful. But not major issues. We had a great stay here.

Everything was within walking distance - beach, old town and restaurants. Use of 2 bikes was a bonus.

The perfect location to explore Rimini. Hidden away from the entry, lovely outdoor area, secure parking, bikes provided
