De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Verder geen contact .

De kamers hebben geen eigen toilet en douche. De kamers zijn heel erg basic en erg verouderd. Zeer slechte bedden - matrassen waar je liever niet op slaapt. De kamers zijn niet geïsoleerd waardoor je het minste geluid in de gang of van de buren boven of naast je heel erg luid en duidelijk kan waarnemen. Echt verschrikkelijk! Het was niet duur maar prijs / kwaliteit echt ondermaats. Ik ben afgegaan op eerdere recensies en deze klopten helaas niet met de realiteit.

The room was what we needed for a one night stay. Clean. Very nice personnel! In the morning we could have a very tasty breakfast at the bar below.

Good value for money

My room had windows open prior to my arrival. It was a bit dusty

The receptionis was very nice and could speak enough english for us to understand. We bought the rooms to hise from the rain and got a lot more than expected. Nice beds, air conditioning that worked perfect, one of the rooms had a bath and there was also other bathrooms on the floor with the bath, a clean toilet and warm water. Slept like a baby but to no surprise because we slept outside a lot before going to a hotel.

Maybe that there was a chicken farm next to it and they woke me up a bit.

Extremely good value. Very friendly hosts. Food was excellent. Room comfortable and spacious. Bed a bit hard, but that is just my opinion only. Overall exceptional value for money.

Problems with the shower. I couldn't get it to be anything but extremely hot. When I turned it to cold, no water came out. It seemed as if it only had hot connected

The staff if really friendly, linen is extremely clean. Fast and easy check-in thanks for friendly and ready-to-help staff. Clean bathroom and well-furnished room, comfortable balcony. Comfortable room with a place to wash hands and equipped with air conditioner.

There is a chicken farm (or some sort of) on hotel backyard and at 3am roosters started to whine. Also soundproofing of rooms aren't really good as walls are thin. It is possible to hear conversation of people behind the wall. Also there was strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Bathroom wasn't equipped with soap (only shampoo and shower gel) and shower was broken and difficult to use.

I had a great evening and night at this hotel. Food at the restaurant was good and great value for money. The staff is super friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

This is a great find. A 2 star pension which actually feels more. The greatest thing for me is the welcome and real Spanish hospitality. The room is clean, a little cold - but there is a warm radiator and additional heating with the air con should you need it. There are also extra blankets should you need them already available in the room. There is a bath and basic wall shower. For me the bonus is a hot bath! Downstairs there is a bar / restaurant. I cannot fault the drinks or food. There is also a log fire in the restaurant part - needed as it is cold and draughty. The staff cannot do enough for you and were extremely helpful. A great find after a long days walk. Thankyou.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade. There is a missing panel above the bath making it very cold.

very nice pensio located in centre of small pueblo , nice upgrade to large double room with nice south facing balcony , chickens for neighbours. .delightful cafe/resturant located downstairs good value and range of meals available ,good location for walkers , el fluvia river close by for a stroll pensio is on a pilgrims route if thats your thing ,tea/coffee making facilities available by room

wifi tended to drop out frequently , however this problem dissapeared if you used the public areas ,Bascara is a small agricultural pueblo ,you have to entertain yourself

Everything is very rudimentary but adequate for the price.
